The workers were very professional, quick and helpful. The install looks like a real pro job and looks very nice. So far very satisfied but it has only been several hours.

I had my bathroom floor done. I specifically asked if the toilet would be re-seated properly which was a concern of mine and was assured it would be no problem. However, they could not get it back on tightly and I am told we are not plumbers. Then they put white caps over the screws on my bisque toilet that were just sitting there and got knocked off. Took roughly 7 hours for a 2-3 he job. Had a schmoozer person come the next day to fix the toilet and I thought it was fixed BUT the next day I used it and went for a ride! I had a plumber out twice, found out they cracked the flange and that may cause even more problems/expenses in the future. They gave me a discount for my inconvenience but I spent about that much on the plumber and possibly more. I had no problem paying the price quoted IF I got the job I was promised. The discount was nothing once I paid the plumber. The young guy who installed the vinyl planking did a nice job but unfortunately, it got over Shadowed by my expenses and several days of aggravation. I really wish I could give a better review. I just hope no other customers will have the experience I did.

My floors look great!

They did a terrible job. Everything was wrong from the product they brought to the house the first time to the terrible installation job. My stairs need to be redone after just a few short weeks things starting coming up. They left a mess or quarter round in my garage, the crew was really inexperienced, the one guy who knew what to do left and picked them up later that evening. He also left them without any tools because he took the truck. Look elsewhere.

The floor looks good. The guy who installed the floor did an excellent job. Every professional and curious. Answered all our questions.

Company pulled out on me at last minute. After dealing with the flood on 6/26/21. I needed to re-do my whole basement. They came out gave me a quote. I put a deposit on the floor. A week prior to install they told me they arent doing my flooring for my contracted price. Wanted 2,000 more dollars. Shady business!

IN and out performance through out the whole project of beautifying my entire 1st floor plan of a 2 story home was excellent beginning with the sales clerk team and the choice of floor itself. I want to especially give a thank you to the installers for doing a excellent job of installing this beautiful floor my hat off to them.

In and out soaring is a very professional happening beginning with the answering service, the sales guy, the installers and the owner. I started out with three rooms and regretted that I did not do the other rooms so I called them back to do tomorrow, fortunately for me the salesman

Scheduling for every company has been challenging, but In & Out Floors made me feel like a priority all along, thank you. They even limit billing to the office so you're not giving the Installer a personal check or debit card which, now that I know companies can do better, I'll never do that again! Mike the Installer worked incredibly fast and efficiently although his assistant was stuck all day at the last job solving problems. It gave me the confidence they'd try that hard for me! Mike and TJ checked in with each other all day. Biggest reason to be impressed: Mike came out the week before to double check all the specs and measure again the old fashioned way. His tape measure confirms the digital (which doesn't measure flux) to ensure they ordered enough AND THE RIGHT supplies! They were the hire after we fired another company. I&O Floors will be the only phone number we'll need and will definitely share with friends. Thank you for making it worth the wait! (3 months overall due to prior company's mistakes). Project not completed as promised. The company assured me that they could fulfill my project needs which included putting new flooring in my family room in addition to being able to install flooring on my step. The sales rep Randy Hayward actually took a picture of the step and called the office to ensure that the company could accommodate my needs as it relates to the step. This was also documented pm the Sales Agreement. When the installers arrived I asked them if they are sure that they could accommodate my request as it related to the step before they stated to install the flooring. The installer started working on the step first and indicated that he would be able to accommodate my request, however, he ended up stating that he would have to call the office as he is not able to complete the job. There have been 4 attempts to complete the step and none of which are plausible. My husband and I have spoken to various persons at the company to try to get this matter resolved. All were very nice and polite except the general manager Joey, who later apologized after getting a better understanding of the situation, he actually stated that the company never should have taken the job. However the owner who referred to himself as Scott was very rude and intimidating. He used bullying tactics to get us to pay. He indicated that he was going to take us to court and we would have to pay $1500 for his attorney fees, $1000 for LEIN on our home and other court cost and fees. We were asked to get an estimate from a contractor that could take care of the problem which we did. They did not like the quote, I suggested that they get a contractor of their on choosing to correct the problem and still the owner continued to use bullying and intimating tactics. I am currently a nervous wreck. We have had other companied come to our home and explained that they would not be able to complete the step as it was not in their area of expertise. In and Out floors even trimmed off part of the step, which made the step smaller. Our experience with the owner was horrible. We would like to be able to give the company a higher rating, however the owner has put a bitter taste in our mouths. I have no problem with the floor that was put down, but the job has not been completed as promised which included the step.

I love my new floor! Everyone was great from the sales people, the office people and the installer. They were prompt, very friendly and knowledgeable and will work with you to achieve what you want. This is a top notch company!!

Everyone was great, from the salesperson, to the woman at the shop and the work crew. We love the floor! I have told many friends about this company. I would use them again!

They went out of their way to work with my specific budget and were accommodating to my unique needs .

I was told that my floor would be leveled if need be ,.Well the entire floor should have been leveled .The work was completed in a timely manner. After the completion of the job ,I noticed that the floor had a large slope in the floor. When I called to inquire about the job ,i I was given a date for someone to come out and look at the job. I point out the error ,but the furniture was not moved to fully examine the area .A second did a small patch job of the affected area. I spoke with someone in management who was very rude ,and told me I would pretty much be stuck with the job. After speaking with the owner ,I was given a small portion of my money back. It was never about the money ,I just wanted the job done correctly .Disappointed because I love the material ,and wanted my basement floor done with the same material. If you dont I want to work in older homes ,please explain that to your customer .Lesson learned!
