This is a great company to use for floors. They did an amazing job and it was done fast and professionally. Steve and team were helpful in every step of the process. I was able to contact them at any time with any question that I had for them. I will be calling In and Out Floors for any future work that I need done. I would highly recommend them to everyone.

From the beginning Jacob was extremely knowledgeable and very professional. They came in and removed all carpet and installed wood flooring. The finished work is fantastic and I cannot be more pleased. The guidance both in the areas of selection, installation and finishing was excellent. We are extremely thrilled we selected In and Out Floors and will not go anywhere else for flooring in the future. If you want excellent flooring don't consider anyone else. You will not be disappointed in any aspect of this companies work.

After a two-hour sales presentation, was promised a 2 day job to refinish our kitchen floors. Guarantee, you do not pay if we do not get an A sold us. 99% dust free, was told the fumes would not be too bad for my young toddler at home nor myself being 6 months pregnant. Was promised a two-man crew, but only one showed up. Said they could not even do a two man crew because they needed more power (which should have been figured out before job). The job was pushed a day to start because of another job. No apology. And then 2 days turned into a 5-day job.. Blamed not being able to move the fridge completely out of kitchen when he left for other jobs with no stain laid to dry. When polyurethane was laid my son and I had to leave the house the fumes were so bad. Dust EVERYWHERE. Took me days to clean every cabinet, inside and out. And still working on the rest of the house since the vents were not covered. The entryway door to the kitchen was barely covered in plastic so dust went into dining room and entry way, My brand new cabinets were stained on the kick boards. Spilled stain on our epoxy floored garage. Stained our wallpapered single wall laundry room that was connected to our kitchen (do not know why he was in there). Floor boards have significant separation- our contractor skipped filling them because he said it would have taken him an extra day. He did not do a transition piece or blend as discussed in our meeting. The general manager Matt could not have cared less about our inconvenience or the fact that even the contractor and salesperson said our job was not complete- said he would come back to blend the transition piece at the very least, let alone the separation gaps that needed work. Matt offered a credit (with a remaining balance still to be paid) that did not even cover the damages let alone the inconveniences we endured. Said the job is done when the sales person and contractor that came back to the house the following week said it was not. The company does not stand by their website and he said he would not send the contractor back out at no cost to us (as our contact states). Ran our credit card for the remaining balance even though our job is not complete. Threatened to send us to collections and put a lean on our home if we did not accept the deal of them not completing our floors. So the company threw a minimal amount of money at the problem instead of making it right. So we are left with damages to our home and floors that are not complete. We are so disappointed with the treatment from upper management and this company as a whole it is sickening. I thought I did my due diligence with researching and asking all the right questions. I hope google stands by their guarantee and we will be looking into this company legally for breaching their contract. Do not fall into the trap of their false promises, long winded, lies of a sales pitch. This company does not stand by their own sales pitch, their word, their website nor their contract.

It took them awhile to get the job started but once they did the serviceman & his wife did an excellent job.

They are not to be trusted. No return calls, do not show up for appointments, will not provide copies of warranty or receipt for completed work. paid extra to have the laundry tub moved for tile work and did not resecure the tub to floor, now we cannot use the laundry tub. Patrick has scheduled four appointments to repair uncompleted work and all were no shows. The sales person Brent Ford has not returned phone calls.

Do not hire them. I have no idea how they got on your list!

While moving to a new house, In and Out Floors was the savior. They are responded very quickly and been so understanding and professional, the price are very competitive with best quality!! I donâ t usually put reviews, but In and Out desire 10 starts, you really should consider them if you looking for value and quality. Thanks to In and Out Floors and keep the good work up.

They did a beautiful job. They installed kitchen, and laundry room floors. I would have every flooring project done by In and Out Floors.

We have used In and Out Floors previously, so knew they were very good. The team recently installed hardwood flooring throughout my upstairs, 4 bedrooms and landing. The team were polite, friendly and worked cleanly. The flooring looks fabulous I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Aaron of In and Out Floors was the first professional to respond to our need for someone to lay hardwood floors in our new home. The day of the appointment, he arrived at our home when he said he would be there and then shared what the process would be to lay the floors. He and his team did an absolutely beautiful job. Our new floors are gorgeous, and we could not be more pleased with the workmanship. Would highly recommend them!!!

The floors is beautiful and the installer did a fantastic job. Great products, great customer service, good prices and very efficient and tidy installer. If you need new flooring you needn't look anywhere else. We have recently had a bedroom and new kitchen flooring and we are highly delighted with the complete service from start to finish. WOW, we love our new floors!! From the first day Steve lead us through the entire procedure step by step. He was always there when we needed to ask a question. The installers did quality work and were careful to clean up at the end. On the front end, Steve was easy to work with - he listened and did not try and oversell. We appreciate the service and fine product. Do yourself a favor if you are in need of a floor go to In and Out Floors.

We had a wonderful experience with the whole team at In and Out Floors. From the sales person, to the install team that completed our large hardwood flooring project, we could not be happier. They were a pleasure to do business with. They cleaned up everything and I would recommend them highly.

Everything went well the prices was friendly, professional & on time.

They were late, but not body gave me $50.00 back , because they were late as promised. I will tell people . They didn't keep there word.

Covid time frame. I do not blame them for the time. But the first installers were terrible. I could have done a better job. 2nd installer was much better, but because of the first installers mishap he did not completely do a great job. I paid too much money to have mistakes; caulking, unfeeling, and improper cutting of material.

WARNING! ABSOLUTE disaster! DO NOT USE. We can not believe the way we were treated by this company. As a company if you make a mistake the respectable thing to do is fix it. They poured leveler in our drains, it all has to be replaced. We paid this company thousands. The owner was beyond rude, calling my wife honey and saying just so you know you will not win against me. I made sure the wording in the contract you signed states that you pay all my legal costs so you signed your rights away and wont prove this. The installer they assigned told us as soon as we met him they were short staffed and he doesnâ t do this kind of flooring, he does just carpet. He was extremely frustrated that he had been assigned the job. At one point there was loud sawing in the basement and when I asked what was going on he had been cutting and grinding into the asbestos tile flooring which we were told would not be disturbed in the quoting process. We were told they would lay over the flooring. The carpet installer then POURED leveler down our drains. He had huge fans going in our basement to dry it and even came back the next day to allow for it to dry. He couldnâ t correctly complete the job so Joe the project manager came out and reassigned the job. Our basement is flooded our floor ruined, our basement is in terrible shape. The walls due to this issue are saturated. We have had two licensed professional drain companies come out and write up quotes and assess the two feet of leveler in the drain. We are routine about clearing our drains and have documentation stating we have never had an issue. There is no reason to upgrade to the lifetime warranty they will not honor it, for the install or the product.

Aaron is a great rep, showing the products and prices, terrific on both. Easy terms financing. Set the installation for the next week. Kristoffer did beautiful work with the luxury vinyl tiles we chose. He came to our home at the promised time. He listen to our questions and answered all of them. Very experienced and very clean with every aspect. Excellent products material and trim finishes. Outstanding. I recommend this company for all of the flooring needs you have. Everything exactly as promised at writing our deal. No surprise costs. None as good as In and Out Floors.

Love ‘‘em this was a great investment

Poor installation. Took 3 days to install, we were told a max of 2 days generally 1 day. Told us (originally) that the ceramic tile wud have a coat over to ensure the laminate wud sit firmly, did not happen. The replacement of the quarter round left me with a caulk and paint job to make it look good again. Transition pieces are not firmly attached. Overall paid too much for so little. I do not recommend this company.
