In and Out Floors installed 1500 sq. ft. of engineered hardwood floor in my home. Looks amazing!! Great customer service. Overall very happy with the end product and services.

We replaced all the floors in a rental house. We got a good deal. The installation was top notch and they did it all in one day. The floors look great and we are very pleased. Definitely recommend In and Out Floors.

They installed floors the whole house in one day and did an absolutely beautiful job! I got exactly what I wanted, and it looks wonderful. The cleanup was also superb. This Company did an awesome job installing new engineered hardwood flooring. We worked with Aaron on the quote and sale and then the team of two men who installed were outstanding. They took 9 hours to do the work as it involved a lot of furniture moving and matching up patterns. I cannot tell you how much we love our new floors and how great the install was. I highly recommend In and Out Floors.

We had new floors installed in this Month from In and Out Floors. Aaron was a knowledgeable salesperson and gave good advice. The installation team was super from start to finish. I was impressed with the experience from beginning to end. I called and had someone out the next day to give reasonable quote for replace second floor, plus stairs. In and Out Floors team was able to come out about a week later. They kept me apprised of progress and additional needs. The also finished in 7 days which I thought was amazing! The floors are gorgeous. I am fully satisfied with both the product and the service. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to any floors service.

The work wasn't started in a timely manner as promised, the quality of workmanship was very poor, and ultimately the job was never completed. Both contractors sent to us by In and Out Floors acted as if they were in a hurry to complete our job, probably because Thanksgiving Day was only days away. Regardless, in the process of sanding our floors they broke several pieces of trim molding trying to remove them, they marked up our walls with their sanding equipment, and left unfinished or over sanded areas on the floor surfaces. When we complained the next day they were able to fix some but not all of the issues before they started staining and applying the polyurethane finish. We were not able to see how either of the processes were coming out because all access to both rooms had been sealed off with plastic sheeting. When they allegedly finished and departed through our back door they told us to remain in the living area for at least one hour before taking the sheeting down, and that they'd be back the next morning to apply the second coat of polyurethane and reinstall the wood trim they removed. That evening we were finally able to see the work they performed earlier; the quality was atrocious! The stain was blotchy, and didn't look like anything close to the color we selected. In addition, the finish which was supposed to be the first coat of polyurethane didn't look like any finish we had ever seen before. The following day (one day before Thanksgiving Day) only one contractor showed up. We proceeded to advise him of the problems we were having with their work and he immediately got an attitude. He said he couldn't fix these areas because he didn't know how, and if I could do better I should do it myself. I reminded him "that's why we hired In and Out Floors." He quickly installed a few pieces of trim then left without installing/replacing the remaining trim, and never applied the second coat of poly. The manager Scott is rude and ignorant! To date after many calls, the job remains incomplete!!

Everything with In and Out Floors went smoothly, from the initial contact with our salesperson, Aaron, to his home visit, to the installation by Mike. They beat the price offered by competitors by several hundred dollars and even offered an option for a seamless transition to our old flooring that others didn't. The wood looks amazing. The kids love the floor in their bedrooms. Everything was done in a day. Best flooring experience I have ever had.

When we got to his store he had several selections for us to choose from which helped us make our decision. I am so happy with the laminate that we have. It is beautiful!
