 + -1 moreI called in to get estimates for landscaping services. I assumed that with a name like and quot;Greater Detroit Landscape Servicesand quot; they would do work in Detroit. I gave the young lady on the phone my address and she very quickly told me and quot;oh no, we don't go there...and quot; It wasn't a matter of distance, apparently, they don't like my neighborhood and I'm not happy with being denied services because of a misconception due to my address.
Description of Work: I called for landscaping services.

snow removal
 + -1 moreWe had some problems in the past using the plow on our circle drive and they clipped off too many sprinkler heads, but they replaced them. This past time they used the snow blower on the circle drive. They do a great job. We are on the end of their day so they are pretty predictable about the time they come. They are usually here around 4. Sometimes they don't respond as quickly to complaints and concerns as quickly, but they do respond. I know there is probably cheaper out there, but we are going to stay with them.
Description of Work: They shoveled our driveway this winter. The cost is $500 per season.

 + 2 moreThey have been doing our gardening, mulching and landscaping for us the past 2 years. My wife used to do all the weeding, but with age we have brought them in. They are very straight forward on their man hours and they are always working, I have never seen them stacking the hours. I know there are lesser prices out there, but you won't find the reliability. If we are out of town they continue to take care of the lawn, they are excellent. They are a big outfit.
Description of Work: They came in and did all the weeding and cleaning up of the gardens. They charge by the hour for this.
