They were on time, prompt, they did an excellent job and they picked up & cleaned all the broken glass from the basement. and they cut the size of the glass for the basement windows as well. The job was for $200 job but they had a $25 coupon for a job $200 or more availed. I would definitely used them again.

I had a break in at my house thru the basement window. I did not realize this until 10:30 pm. I called up their number and by 11:30 pm Tim was there and within 20 minutes the basement window was replaced. Tim was great - friendly, professional, wore a work uniform. I paid extra due to the late hour and rush service but it was worth it given the circumstances. Very satisfied.

They came out and replaced the glass, within days the glass fogged up in a huge circle in the front. Called them back and they said they would come out when the weather allowed and grout the glass. Never showed up. Tried several more calls and took pictures of how the glass looked and the guy came back out with a buddy this time. Of course by the time they came around the glass cleared and they thought that was quite funny - wasn't laughing when I pulled out the pics though. Said they would come back - never came back. Gave up trying to get help, place kept sending the same guy even when I asked them not to. I would never use them again. Beware.

Needed fogged glass in 3 windows and 1 section of doorwall replaced. Dave came out, measured the glass, gave me an estimate and I placed the order. I was contacted when the glass came in and Dave set a time to install the glass. He arrived on time and did the install with efficiency and to my total satisfaction. He was neat and cleaned up after himself. The work was completed in a professional manner and the price was fair. Dave was friendly, polite and asked questions to be sure that I was satisfied with the work. I would absolutely do business with this company again.
