+ -1 moreHe came out to our home and replaced our wireless router which was way out of date.(over 10 years old.) Magic!! Problem solved. Kerry was professional and courteous. Did not talk down, but explained everything even a computer challenged person could understand. Also had a conversation about updating our present computer systems instead of buying new. He will do this for us and save us money not having to buy new ones when they are not needed. I like that!!
Description of Work: Was having internet problems for a while. Kerry determined the problem in a conversation at his store.

Description of Work: Amazing! I was being told by Microsoft and Best Buy that it would cost at least $250 to fix the software issue on my computer and back up my files. GForce did it got only $60, and they did it in 1 day! My computer works perfectly now - all problems resolved. Very professional, quick, and affordable service. If I ever have computer issues again I will definitely be going to these guys!
