This company replaced another that was not treating my lawn properly. Fertilizer Plus helped restore some life to my tired old lawn.

Awesome! I called and had an appointment within 2 days. They arrived on time and were very thorough with checking out every crack and crevice. The removed a wasps nest that was up under our siding, and got it from the interior of the home, as well as the exterior. We also had carpenter ants (which give off their pheromones where they walk) and they sealed off the cracks they were coming in from, & suggested we removed the branches that were touching our roof (as that's how they were getting in). They also sprayed the entire house down. They gave us a full explanation as to what they did, why they did it, and what we needed to do to keep the bugs away. They also explained that wasps sometimes can be stubborn, and that we should call them anytime if we saw them come back, and they would remove them again at no charge. Needless to say, we signed up for a year contract with them, no hassles, no problems! Highly recommend!

This is the first time I used my Angie's List membership to look for a quality company to perform a service. I left a message on Friday, May 10 to inquire about Fertilizer Plus doing my weed/fertilization program this year. I was called back the following Monday, May 13 - great response time to return my call! Unfortunately, that is where the service ended! I was told that a technician would come to the house, look over the lawn, and leave a quote in my mailbox. At first, the person calling me said it would take a couple of days, and then she asked that I give them until that Friday (ok, I thought ... not a couple of days, but five days - ok with me). Well, it is now the following Wednesday, May 22 (12 days from my initial call), and I have never heard from them ... no one has ever showed up, no quote has been left, no phone call, NOTHING! I guess they must just be too busy, or just darn unprofessional. I hope I have a better experience with my next "A"-rated Angie's List company! The question above, "Would you use this provider in the future?" - Obviously, that is not my choice! ... I tried to use them once with no success ... why would I waste my time trying again?!

I never actually used them - we made an appointment but they never showed up and didn't call me until after the appointment to say they weren't coming.

I called for a quote for perimeter pest control at my house and my cottage. It was difficult to find a company who was willing to service both locations. They went through all the details on the phone about their services and explained they would be out to view both properties because I explained I want out buildings and decks and patios done. They were out the next day at my home and had already went to review the cottage so they could leave both estimates. The gentleman was very polite and knowledgeable. The prices were very reasonable I thought. They offered a prepay discount if I wanted to prepay for the program up front. I have used the service now for a few years and have no bugs in my home which I live in the woods and no bugs at my cottage either which is on the water. I would recommend them to anyone who is having insect problems. I am actually having a large birthday party and will be using their mosquito control before the party so our guests can enjoy themselves as again we live in the woods and the mosquitos are horrible

I bought a house to be used as a rental and the lawn was awful to say the least. I called Fertilizer Plus on the phone because I found them in the local paper and they were family owned and operated which I prefer. I like dealing with the same individuals all the time and I like it when people remember me. They met me at the house to go over what the process was going to be to get the lawn looking great. They explained their 6 application program and that I needed a grub treatment. I then explained to them that i wanted curb appeal so it could be a benefit for renting the home. So we setup a schedule of fertilizer, grub treatment, core aeration and over seeding to make the lawn turn around. They also explained how watering was very crucial to help with the process which I was in luck because the house had a sprinkler system. They turned that yard around that year now they service my home along with quite of few family members. Great honest people to work with.

Fertilizer plus came out and took care of the dandelion problem I had been battling for years. I called them out, they showed up on time, and took care of my issue. My yard has never looked so good!!!! I would refer them to anyone. Very reasonable price to boot!!

Fertilizer Plus has been treating my lawn for three years. When I first approached them regarding fertilization they were very helpful, curteous, and responsive. The fertilizer treatment has worked great over the years. It got rid of all my weeds and crab grass. I've even had neighbors ask me how I get my lawn so green. Fertilizer Plus arrives on time every month for application without being asked. Prices are very reasonable and competive. Professional, responsive, and their products work great. Would definitley recommend Fertilizer Plus.
