Description of Work: Cleaning the gutters. However I was told that they would clean up the mess and haul the leaves away. When I arrived home a large pile of dirt and leaves in my driveway and ont he side of he house a huge pile of leaves just left there.

Description of Work: During the fireplace inspection/cleaning the tech discovered the mortar around the firebox was broken and cracked. A real fire hazard. Thankfully this has now been taken care of. I recently used Dr. Sweep again for gutter cleaning. Good Company-Good People.

Description of Work: they arrived, removed all of the existing materials (logs, granualr material) from gas fire place. they then vacumed out the fireplace, put in new sand and vermiculite as well as glowing embers. they adjusted the flame. finaly they gave us some additional glowing embers for later. could not have asked for a better experience.

Description of Work: Technician was very professional and did a good job on a dryer vent that had not been cleaned in 35 years. My only negative was I had set up an appointment time 9AM - 1PM and the technician called at 4:20 PM to say he would be there in a half hour. He did arrive within a half hour and was very effective and efficient.

Description of Work: Nathan was great! found my dryer vent system was so blocked because it was put in by the pervious owner incorrectly so he went to the store and got the correct material and redid the vent--explained it all and showed me all the blocked material-- so lucky no fire in the house!
