They called several times to get the details and after sending someone over, then saying they needed to send someone else 4 TIMES they eventually said they couldn't do it because of the construction next door. I wish they could have just told us that after one visit. We wasted several scheduled appointments and time trying to book them. The communication and coordination internally was terrible. Every person kept saying they didn't know about the same issue the last guy said he didn't know about. Was a total cluster.

They came out within 2 days of our call, did a very thorough job & left everything extremely clean and fresh. Demonstrated excellent courtesy, responsiveness and outstanding service.

I am a repeat customer for gutter and dryer cleaning so I called whrn the Chimney Cap blew off leaving my chimney exposed and open to the elements and animals. When I spoke with the staff several times on the phone I was assured they carrier caps for immediate install which was not the case. Nathan who was very peronable came out inspected the chimney and recommends a liner plus new cap. He also recommended some preventive sevices which I elected to think about and get additional estimates. I provided a deposit and expressed some urgency about getting this service completed to recap the chimney which is open. I was advised to work with schedulers as he was unclear on his schedule and how long I may have to wait for install of the new cap. He did say they would be flexible with time of day for work schedules

Service was peformed well. Did not experience any problems with firecplace following sweeping service.

They were very neat. I have light beige carpeting in the room, and I did not have to clean up after them. Hard working Guys

Technician used Wet Vac without a tight filter so ash and dust was left settling all over the first floor of the house.

I could not have asked for better service despite the small amount I was paying through the Angie's List deal. I was scheduled in quickly. They were prompt, courteous, thorough, and professional. They clearly knew their business.

Service visit was excellent. Tech was punctual, professional and very knowledgeable.

The service has gone well so far. They have already done the sweep and inspection. They are actually coming back out to repair the chimney. I appreciated their honesty in telling the chimney needed repaired and their willingness to come back out. One technician came out for the service and he did great work. They were on time to the appointment and flexible with my schedule.

I ordered the Big Deal and scheduled the work. They came out and did the work and everything went fine. I wasn’t there when they did the work, but when I came out afterwards everything was done to my satisfaction.

I purchased the invoice on Angies List and gave them a list of dates I would be available. They immediately contacted me via Angie message and scheduled a date. The fellow doing the job called ahead to let me know what time he would be there, was on time, explained to me exactly what he found and what he did. The cost was exactly as quoted. We will be scheduling them again in the fall.

They called ahead of time and said they will be late which was nice of them. I was very happy with the service. The gentleman that did it was very pleasant and professional. He cleaned up after himself and left no mess. I was very happy with the service and would use them again.

Things went pretty well the work was done quickly and professionally. The technician was patient as I peppered him with questions since this is my first gas log fireplace. The only problem, and this was a complete accident, was that when taking out the sooty logs to clean them he dropped one on the rug outside my door. That would have not been a big deal had he told me about it, but not telling me allowed me to step in it and track it around a bit before noticing it. Luckily it was only spread to hard surfaces and was easy enough to clean up.

It was great and I didn’t have any problem. They got the job done in about 30 minutes and sent one person out to do the job. The scheduling was quick.

Was very unprofessional. Used a broken ladder and nearly fell and hurt himself. Forgot to bring a vacuum, and asked to use mine instead, ruining it with carbon dust. Was fairly bad at his job, and made a mess.

The repairman showed up promptly and performed the maintenance service very professionally. It took about 20 minutes. Based on the gas log model that we had, we didn't need near as much replacement or refreshing material as was listed in the deal. I guess I was pretty satisfied with the service but felt that it was overpriced for the amount of time and maintenance needed.

It went good. As described and no issues at all.

It turned out real well. I also had them complete repairs, install a liner, and complete some other work. Two guys worked for a couple of hours, got everything done, and cleaned up well after the work was complete. They were nice, helpful and upfront about everything. We are very happy with the work. I would hire them again and recommend them to others.

I was out of the state when they did the work, but everything turned out well. They did give a very high quote for installing gutter guards, so we opted not to have that work done.

He did run a very good company. He was not licensed to do any kind of work. So I had a problem with that. But he fixed the problem. He gave me back all the money. I had to get the work done by somebody else that had a license. He did a terrible job. Every time I called, I was informed that he was not available. I finally had him call me back after threatening him. He was great with the chimney but not with the furnace. I would use him for the chimney service but not for the furnace.
