+ -1 moreDave Pomaville & Sons responded promptly to my request for an estimate providing a written quote with photos of the repair areas. The work was completed on schedule and appears to be of high quality, particularly the new copper flashing which was custom made to fit the non-standard profile of the roof. All of my interactions with the company were professional and prompt. They will be my first choice for future roof work on our house.
Description of Work: The flashing around the chimney and a seam on a flat portion of the roof were leaking. The area around the chimney was repaired including the installation of new copper flashing. The seam on the flat portion of the roof was also repaired and the whole flat area was coated with an aluminum roof coating

+ -1 moreIt went well the first year...after that serious problems re occured. I would advise any new potential customer to determine if the company is now managed differently by a more professional work force.
Description of Work: Approximately 30 years ago my husband ( now deceased) engaged this company to repair gutters and repair a slate roof on our historic home. The price was far in excess of $1400.00 and at the time was horrendous. Unfortunately I've recently looked for the papers but cannot locate them. In terms of my observation at that time my personal comment is that the roof within a very short time was leaking...and so too were the gutters. The company today may not have the same owners or is being managed by another generation of the same family. I would not rule the company out as a potential bidder but would recommend that any future customers carefully look into a more recent history.
