I have used several carpet cleanings companies in the past and nothing compares from a quality and service standpoint to Centurion. The past couple of years we request Dave (O) and he is the best, so knowledgeable and very thorough in his work. He takes pride in what he does, and it shows. We will be returning customers for years to come, I highly recommend trying them out!

The two guys did an excellent job of cleaning everything. They were able to remove stains that were left by a different cleaning company the last time the carpets were cleaned. We wanted to get them to arrive earlier in the day, but had to accept a 4pm appointment due to their busy schedule. The crew actually arrived at 3pm and were completed by 4:15 pm. The crew was very friendly and conscientious.

Very nice, they protected the furniture, didn't mark up the walls and did a great job! They did a follow up call to make sure I was happy and many companies do not do that. I'm very happy with their work. They wore uniforms and looked professional and covered their feet to not mark up the floors.

It went very well. I have used them for many years and it has always went very well. They are very clean and have good manners. It's truly a good experience.

Found their advertisement in the monthly circular. Made appointment and scheduled day off for the service. The crew arrived a few minutes early and got right to work. They worked quickly and efficiently. Very courteous and friendly. Every bit what I expected. I will call them back for the next cleaning.

They were really good. They moved the furniture. They were polite and did a really good job. It was a good experience. We would definitely recommend them.

It has been a while since we used them. However, I remember how thorough they were, and how clean my carpets looked when they were finished. I am considering calling them soon to clean my carpets again.

They told me they don’t do carpet restoration but they were very friendly and professional.

The technician was on time, worked efficiently, and did a great job. We have used this company several times and have always had a good experience.

The work done was satisfactory. When Ken, the technician, presented the bill, I asked about coupons because I thought I had seen one somewhere. He said he knew of no current coupons. That evening I found it in the Angie's List Magazine. My husband called the next morning and was told the company president would have to approve our use of the coupon. We did think the technician should have known about the coupon. Since that time we have gotten the run around from the company. The president called once to say he would have to speak to the company accountant. They have since not responded to our calls. This lack of responsiveness worries us and is the reason that I would not use them again.

They were very good, thorough and punctual. The gentleman that came out and did the job was very friendly, explained everything to us and conducted himself in a very professional manner.

It didn't go at all. After the man who came explained and it was understood that he could not guarantee the job, he said "he'd rather walk away from the job".

We had half of our furniture here one day and the rest arrived the next day. They were prompt and very willing to work around our schedule by making it a two day job. There were three different techs that did the job and all were very professional. The first day the tech was willing to check with the office to see if he could spend more time. Tech knew that two of the chairs fabric content prevented them from being cleaned.

They had to pull up some carpeting in my basement because of some water damage. They then reinstalled the carpet and did a great job!

There were 5 or 6 of them who came right away. They were very professional, and I would highly recommend them.

I requested a quote because it was a 10 year old house which we had just purchased and was considering having all the carpets replaced but was curious if I could get by just cleaning the old carpets. The person who came out for the quote was suppose to arrive between 10 am and noon but didn't show up until 12:30. My biggest dislike with the current carpet was all the dirt around the base boards. The man who came out for the quote assured me that it was not soil filtration and that they would be able to get it all cleaned up. So, we decided to forgo buying new carpets for now and go with the cleaning. When a different man showed up to do the cleaning (1 week before we move in) he informs me that the dirt around the edges is in fact soil filtration and without performing a lenghty, costly process he would not be able to get it up. This was very frustrating to me because if I had known this, I would have had the carpets replaced. It was now too late to have carpets installed before we moved in. The man doing the cleaning was very honest and did do a good job with the general cleaning. He removed all spots but the traffic areas don't look as good as I had hoped but this may just be due to the age of the carpet. I would also mentioned that the company was very good about helping me schedule the cleaning around my hectic schedule.

They arrived when they said they would. They completed the work in the given time frame and were very pleasant and efficient. He gave good advice about maintaining the cleanliness of the carpet and chairs and did not try to sell us things we did not need.

Vince arrived on time, very professional, mannerly, did an excellent job, I'll definitely hire Centurion again in the future!!

They got here on time and did a great job. Their people were nice and professional. The price was good and the money I paid was well spent. I would definitely use them again and even recommend them.

They did a good job on my carpets. They treated any stains that were there and whatever they did got them all up as they never resurfaced. I am happy that they were reliable.

Jason and Jeff were to arrive between 3-6pm to clean the carpets. They arrived around 3:20pm and were finished cleaning the carpets at 5:30 or so. They were friendly and worked non stopped until finished. Most of the areas cleaned were dry the next day but some of the more dirty areas were not dry until 36 hours after they left. Since we removed most of the smaller pieces from the room like the end tables, lamps, chairs, etc. They were able to move along rather rapidly. We were very pleased with the quality of their work and the results obtained.

The woman scheduling appointments was professional, helpful and very pleasant to talk to. The technician was here right at 3:00pm to start. He worked nonstop until 5:45pm. He was polite, professional, and really took pride in his work. He got out so many stains. Including one where a stretchy toy had broken open and leaked and dried on the carpet. I would recommend Centurion highly and call them again.

It went very well. They were prompt, courteous and full of information. The only thing that I didn't care for was the technician asked to put a yard sign up. I really didn't care for that.

The crew arrived on schedule. They were dressed neatly and were very professional. They cleaned everything thoroughly, including under furniture, and put all furniture neatly back in place. I was impressed with their honesty. The carpet cleaners I used in my previous house had me on a "schedule" of three to four times per year. I expected Centurion to try to sign me up for the same type of program, but they said my carpeting and furniture were in good shape and there was no need for them to come back for at least another 12 months. I appreciated the "no pressure" way of doing business. I will definitely use them again.

I called to get an estimate and they said the high end would be $150.00 they came out and told me the price was $337.00. I used another company.
