+ -1 moreIt was a bad experience. There was nothing wrong with the workmanship, but I had problems with the owner of the company. The people that put the awning up were good. They were supposed to replace one, but they basically replaced another awning, and I did not catch it. They turned around and put it up. They took my awning and held me for ransom; they told me that unless I paid the other half, I would not get my awning back. I had no problem with the price or the awning, per se. I need to have another awning replaced, and they are not willing to do it. I would not use them again in the future.
Description of Work: I used Belle Isle Awning Co to replace an awning.
