After going through several sprinkler companies, I finally found a dependable, honest, and reasonable company. I look forward to doing more business with them in the future. Also our neighbor is also using them based on our recommendations.

Good price, customer service and project was completed quickly!

It's unfortunate to have to write a bad review, because I truly felt Chris did a good job. He replaced around 14-15 sprinkler heads and set up the box to use city water. He told me if I wanted him to change the box to use well water that I could call him but he this was his busy season. I have called 13 times and so has my husband a few times and Chris NEVER returned my calls. I left messages asking if he was okay and to call me back. In the last message I left I told him I would be writing a bad review on his company unless he returns my call, even if he didn't want to do the job it was common courtesy for him to return my call and tell me so, because I was a returning customer and thought we had a good relationship. I paid him a total of $629 since I originally hired him. I have since hired another company. Chris, you did this to yourself.

June 7th - Scheduled, did not show-up. Called at the end of the end of the scheduled time complaining about being overbooked. June 16th - Rescheduled - I placed flags in advance at the problematic and broken sprinklers to save time. Chris then complains to my wife about him being limited on time during the second scheduled appointment. He calls me to tell me quickly nothing is wrong with the sprinkler heads. Then he tells me I am wrong to expect sprinkler heads to be pushed down as part of the winterization process (same company did winterization). This resulted in one of the heads being missed and ultimately damaged by my lawn mower. Certainly this expectation shouldn't impede him from doing the job he was now assigned... but it did. He hangs up on me, the customer, leaving the job incomplete, ultimately wasting everyone's time. Armstrong appears from the reviews to be a good company but I think they are overscheduled and overwhelmed and somehow lost focus of the customer. (The value for money rating is for the winterization).

Chris replaced my control box, activated my system and replaced two defective parts. He worked efficiently and courteously explained each step of the way. I highly rate his professionalism

Chris explained every step and the cost for the time and labor, he looked for ways to not take advantage of the repairs.

Very professional and thorough service. Spent a good amount of time checking each sprinkler to ensure everything was in good standing before completing the job. Just need to remember to have them give you the drain cap before they leave as it was lost one year. I've hired them twice and will continue for winterization.

They were really nice about getting a new customer at the last minute in peak season and fit me into their schedule very quickly. The guy who came out was pleasant and friendly.

Great price and service. Very knowledgeable and helpful - even found a cut in my lines during servicing and I have asked them to come out and open up my sprinkler service and fix the line in the spring.
