Description of Work: Replaced my furnace and water heater. Very prompt and professional. I got a higher quality Trane furnace for less than competitors prices. |Only issue.....5 months later, when winter at it's worse, I noticed the house feeling colder than usual. Took hours for my heat to go from 65 degrees at night, to 69 degrees at 10am. Called for service call, and they came same day. Found out the furnace not adjusted properly to turn on the second stage heat, for colder days. |I now notice a big difference in the warmth of my house. |I do recommend them, but not sure why original installer failed to adjust the new furnace correctly. |They did fix it fast and was covered by 1 year warranty.

Description of Work: They replaced the gas value on the furnace, it's a really old furnace from 1986. We have used them before and will use them in the future. Seems like a lot of money for the service, but I didn't look around. The furnace wasn't working and it was below zero outside!

Description of Work: Their response was immediately. Their rep. came over at night and choices and prices were discussed at that time. We needed a new furnace and all costs were up front and remained unchanged even after installation. We were very satisfied with the whole process.

Description of Work: Needed a new furnace, salesman was very patient explaning eveything and just what we would be getting. They arrived right on the time they said and installed the new furnace and explained all the bells and whistles to us. Cleaned up after themselves and hauled everything away
