I called Saturday - they gave me an option of Saturday or Tuesday service (I took Tuesday). Tech called beforehand and my cell did not record call, so he called his office and they called me. It was a nice way of making sure I didn't miss the service call. I bought a maintenance plan so I can get discounted parts and a fall and spring checkup. The service was great, fast, clean and safe.

It took us about 5 weeks to choose and company and have the items installed. We received estimates from four different HVAC companies. Jeff, from Aladdin, was the third person to stop by. He was very thorough. We knew we needed a furnace, but were not sure about an AC unit. He pointed out some things on our current models. Showed us how it would look with a new model. Described how work would be done. Mentioned the permit process and that they would take care of it. Went over several Lennox furnaces and ACs we would be okay with and basically provided any information we wanted. We called him back 2 times with questions and prior to signing the sales agreement he came back to the house and reviewed the sizing of the units. At no point did we feel pressure. He was friendly and knowledgeable, but not pushy or overbearing. As for installation... he made an appointment when we signed the contract. We received a call several days before install date to confirm. Jeff and two other technicians showed up on time and began placing plastic and tarps down on our carpet and tile floors. They were VERY careful. All items were removed, new items were installed and everything was cleaned up. We are waiting for the inspector to stop by and approve the installation, but our new AC is running great and we are sure the furnace will too. Keep up the great work Jeff.

I ended up selecting another company who installed the exact same equipment (the exact same stuff folks) with the 5 year on the labor (all the other warranties were the same) and I could not be happier. I got exactly what I wanted and for around $375 less then what Aladdin was charging. He, if Aladdin is not able to warranty their own labor, that says a lot to me about their confidence in their own work.

The representative was very knowledgable about the fireplace and explained what he was going to do. The company called to say when he was on his way and he showed up shortly thereafter. It was easy to set up the service call and they responded in a timely and professional manner.

Did a great job. Came out and got it done so I could use on weekend.

I was very pleased with the time he spent and thoroughness of his work. He called before coming over and arrived right on time. He wore cloth covers on his shoes to prevent from tracking dirt in the house.

The two servicemen that came were very prompt, considering I had only called that morning. Both were very professional looking and polite; and worked well as a team. They diagnosed the problem within a half hour and were able to complete the repair in about an hour. During the course of their work they diagnosed another problem which I was already aware of. They advised me on what was necessary to fix that problem which I will probably do at a later time. Their price was $88 for the call and diagnosis, and a $3 fuel surcharge. The balance was for the repair itself which required no parts. On the invoice they indicated clearing the drain and leveling the coils. I am not knowledgeable enough about A/C repairs to know whether the price was reasonable, but it did seem just a little higher than I expected. Still, I was very pleased with the work.

THE OVERALL EXPERIENCE WITH THE COMPANY WAS GOOD. THE SERVICE TECHNICIAN WAS VERY COMPETENT AND INFORMATIVE. THE TECHNICIAN WAS ALSO VERY DEPENDABLE AND TRUSTWORTHY. THEY WERE VERY PUNCTUAL.

I WAS COMPLETELY SATISFIED WITH THIS COMPANY. THE QUALITY OF THEIR WORK WAS EXCELLENT. THEY WERE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE, COURTEOUS, AND PROFESSIONAL. THEY WERE RECOMMENDED TO ME AND I HAVE, IN TURN, RECOMMENDED THEM TO OTHERS.

I HAVE USED THEM BEFORE AND THEY ARE VERY GOOD. THEY COME ON TIME FIX MY PROBLEMS AND THEY DON'T CHARGE TOO MUCH. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE.

THE EXPERIENCE WAS PRETTY GOOD. THE TECHNICIAN WAS RESPONSIVE TO MY NEEDS AND VERY INFORMATIVE. HE MADE SURE TO CLEAN UP THE MESS THAT HE MADE WHEN HE WAS DONE. THE COMPANY EVEN TOOK MY OLD FURNACE AWAY FOR ME, TOO.
