Sue's Landscaping does my neighbors' lawns and I liked the way their lawns and yards look. I called for an estimate for lawn care and for snow removal for this winter. I was promised three times that I would get an estimate. The owner/boss did called me back twice and promised to get that estimate sent over to me by Monday Oct. 13 at the latest. It's October 15 now and after another call to his office this morning I still don't have that estimate. His phone number is blocked so I can't call him directly. Which I found interesting. Pity because his crews do a nice job and it would've been an additional home on the same street which seems to me to be rather convenient for his company.
Description of Work: Nothing except the promise to send me a written estimate via email I never received after repeated requests.
