Exactly as they planned. good work, done on time, nice folks. Price was right in the ball pa rk of other quotes.

Many other compsnies found this job too small for them. Spencer reacted promptly, made some good suggestions oin saving some money, explained what they would do and was up front on saying they would fit it in within the following two or three weeks. They actually were able to do it sooner and all was well. Very professional. They even did a little extra work (a few other shingles replaced and took down the sat dish ) at no charge.

They are one of the best companies I have ever dealt with. We have used them twice. It has been a great experience working with them. Their sales manager, Mike Knish, is very honest and thorough. He got up on the roof and inspected everything; he didn't try to pressure me to replace the roof or purchase anything unnecessary.

The work turned out fine.

The work they did for us was fine. They were very straight forward, reliable, and honest. I would use them again. I haven't had any problems since.

I tried calling back four or five times and nobody every answered. I never reached anybody to let them know they were a noshow.

Contacted them at 9:05am on a Monday morning. Left a voicemail with my name, number, and service needed (help with a leaky garage roof). I selected them since they had a good rating on Angie's list, were close by to where I live, and indicated they provide the service of roof repair. I also called one other company (also an Angie's List selection) shortly after, also leaving them a voicemail. I heard back from the other company within 30 minutes, and they were at my house checking out the leak within 2 hours. Two days later, Spencer still has never returned my call.

The workmanship was good, but the price was a bit on the more expensive side. They went above and beyond as they fixed a piece of trim on the chimney that they didn't need to do. Overall, they were very good.

Mike Knish came out right away with his ladder and took care of the work. He was very resonable and very responsive. He was also a pleasant guy as well and knew what he was doing. I recommend his service highly.

They were clean and efficient. They had no loud radios playing, which I had experienced from the previous roofers. They were like night and day compared to the other roofers. I would recommend them to anybody. They were so straight forward about the whole thing. They said they were going to do it, and they did it just the way they said.

GOOD JOB, PROFESSIONAL, THEY SHOWED UP ON TIME AND WE WERE VERY PLEASED WITH THEIR WORK. I WOULD HIRE THEM AGAIN.

THE GENTLEMEN THAT WE FIRST DEALT WITH ON THE PROJECT SEEMED TO BE VERY GENUINE, NOT JUST A SALESMAN-TYPE PERSON. THE WORKERS SHOWED UP PROMPTLY, PUNCTUALLY AND ALWAYS STAYED RIGHT WITH THE JOB. THEY WERE ALSO VERY THOROUGH ABOUT THE CLEAN-UP.

THEY WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND THE CALL OF DUTY. THEY SHOWED UP ON TIME AND MADE SURE THAT A COMPLICATED AREA OF THE ROOF AROUND THE CHIMNEY WAS DONE CORRECTLY. THEY WERE VERY NEAT AND PROFESSIONAL.

THE EXPERIENCE WAS EXCELLENT. THE WORK THAT WAS DONE WAS EXTRAORDINARY. THE MATERIALS USED WERE THE TOP OF THE LINE. THEY HAD THE BEST PRICES OUT OF ALL THE ROOFING CONTRACTORS WE CHECKED INTO.

I HAD GOTTEN SEVERAL ESTIMATES FOR THIS JOB. THIS COMPANY WAS NOT THE CHEAPEST, BUT THE QUALITY OF THEIR WORK MADE UP FOR IT. THEY DID THE JOB IN JUST TWO DAYS. IT LOOKS VERY NICE AND I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THEM.

THIS COMPANY WAS VERY HONEST IN SAYING THAT THEY DID NOT HAVE TO REPLACE ALL OF THE SHINGLES. THEY DID THE JOB IN A TIMELY FASHION AND THINGS WENT WELL. THIS COMPANY IS TRUSTWORTHY AND THEY DO A WONDERFUL JOB.
