It went very well. They had a lot of work to do, but they were able to get it all done. Over I am satisfied.

They had good follow-up to my initial contact with them. They left me an e-mail and a voice mail, but didn't barrage me with numerous calls and messages like other companies did. We set up a day for them to start work and they arrived that morning with all of the materials and workers, and in a couple of days....new roof! I'm so glad I called Roof-Rite.

Jim gave me a written estimate; he was professional and prompt. This was my third estimate and best, therefore I called him back. His crew came out and replaced my roof . They were also prompt and professional they cleaned up everything. His crew did everything he promised and within the time limit he gave. I am very happy with the results and the price.

The installers were prompt, professional, and cleaned up the site nicely. The only surprise was the delivery of the insulation the day before and we were not prepared for storing it. We placed a tarp over it and thankfully it didn't rain.

WE had new gutters installed , then the roof started leaking. We had 3 estimates for our roof. From 4500 to 10000. roof rite estimated 4500.00 . Roof rite went into the attic and looked at our boards, and put and estimate of 5 boards in the quote. I told all the roofing companies there was only a single layer shingles on the roof. Well, I was wrong, The roofing company I had do the roof 12 years ago was suppose to strip the enitire roof, they cheated, they striped 3 sets of shingles from the gutter edge, and left the other shingles on. So when the inspector inspected the job, he lifted up the shingles by the gutter and thought there was only one set of shingles on the roof. So the job started out wrong. They had to strip more shingles than they thought. Then they found 15 dry rotted boards, it was actually dangerous walking on my roof, they showed me as the roof boards moved under their feet. They are excellent workers. They worked from morning to dark. It was the hottest summer, and they didn't complain. Just kept working. They were very courteous when i talked to them, and they showed me all the rotten things the previous roofing company cheated me on. Excellent work, well done, very professional. Would recommend to anyone.

The price was reasonable but it was on the higher end. They were professional and informative. They were not pushy. I will probably not use them in the future just based on the price.

They were very thorough, punctual and they did a great job. The biggest thing I liked about the company was their honesty. They made an error when they first did the estimate before the roof was done and my husband and I changed our minds about the shingle we wanted. The lady came back by and dropped off samples of shingles. They were really flexible, easy to work with and made sure they followed up. They were super easy to work with, did a great job with clean up and even offered to work through the 4th of July holiday if they weren't able to finish.

They were very prompt, and from start to finish they cleaned up thoroughly, and had asked if we liked the job they had done. The job was well done and would definitely have them back again if we had any problems.

I was very appreciative of the quick response since I had called several other roofing companies and they didn't call back very quickly or couldn't get someone out here for a day or two. My concern was that it had already rained once today and more showers were expected and the roof ridge vent now was not covered so my attic and insulation were getting wet. Anyway, the installer reattached the vent cap in about 20 minutes, and finished just as it started to rain again.

The overall experience was superior. Company came out to provide original estimate and owner came to discuss construction and venting options. Company owner also came out when crew encountered an unforeseeable issue. All crew members were very professional and personable. Clean-up was performed to owner's satisfaction.

We had a leak. They adjusted their schedule to start early. Greg and Al and the crew were right on time, finished on schedule, and did a great cleanup. The new roof was the only sign that anyone had been here. All done for the originally quoted price (which was nearly the same as two other Angie's List bidders). They were professional and courteous at all times. I would recommend them to anyone.

Discovered multiple roof leaks in December. Jim at Roof Rite was my third estimate and my best choice! Jim was very nice to work with no pressure sales and answered all my questions, including competitor bids and services I was considering. Due to bad weather it took 3 days in December to complete. Matt and his crew worked in the cold and snow and answered all my questions patiently while he was on the roof. I had extensive damage and had just about every board replaced and they installed an extra amount of ice/water shield for added protection. Everyone was very supportive and would highly recommend to anyone!

Greg the man that works on repairs was the most professional workman I have ever encountered. The leak in the fireplace was from a problem with the roof and he immediately fixed it. The one in the garage came from a leaking pipe in the bathroom.....he tracked the leak down to a pipe and fixed the pipe. (Which of course he didn't need to do that and could have told me to call a plumber.) I felt his charge was very reasonable.

They did everything they said they were going to do. They were a little late doing things due to the weather but they cleaned up their mess when they left.

I interviewed and got estimates from several different roofing companies. This one really wanted my business. They left me samples, discussed the products and really worked with me. I was very impressed with their work and with the clean-up efforts afterward. None of the workers even left a cigarette butt in the yard. I also want it noted that my neighbor across the street had a leak in their roof and my Roof-Rite workers went over there and took care of it for them. I would definitely recommend this company to everyone.
