Great. No problems. Crews were very professional and completed work in a timely manner.

They've always been fair and take care of what needs to be done.

We had an Angie's List coupon for $100. They did really well. We used them because they did the furnace before. They did all the metal work that needed to be done. Removed old equipment from the furnaces. They put a new pad for the AC.

Not what I had hoped for... Poor workmenship lot of problems with quality...

Called on Aug 16th, got answering service, Left message to have someone reach me for a siding and gutters estimate. ( no call returned ) Called Aug 24th and was immediately disconnected after someone answered. tried the online request form from the web site and was contacted within 2 hours. The lady on the phone was very nice and she made me an appointment for Sept 1st between 5-7 pm She said Vince would call before his arrival... Called answering service at 6:30pm to try to reach Vince on an e.t.a. and the rude girl on the phone from the answering service said it wasn't 7pm yet and I could leave a message. So now it's 7:45pm and no show no call from this company... At this point I will find someone else more reliable. I wouldn't use them even if they call back at this point.

Vince was a pleasure to work with throughout the entire process. All of the work was done as agreed upon and in a timely manner. Pro Built will be my first call for any future projects.

All I will say is this went very smoothly. I used text messages and VM to coordinate everything. All went as planned.

Pro Built was prompt and service was exceptional. They are also a BBB member company. The only issue was that original quote was for $12,300. However, the detached garage had cedar shake roofing that was not initially quoted. The additional cost was $1200, which the owner and I split. Per our request, Pro Built also returned to glue some shingles on a metal plate that we didn't care for. This was done at no additional cost.

It started really good but the weather was a problem and it took 6 wks to finish. They did a pretty good job in all, it looked great.They cleaned up everyday. They only had 2 to 3 people working and that wasn't enough on a big house. The workers were really nice. The only problem I had is when it was all over and I called the sales guy to have him come check a problem he won't call me back and I still haven't heard from him 6-7 week later.

Called Pro Built for a complete roof job and met w/Vince. Vince was very through and professional. He took time to explain the details of the job and how they would handle the task. The price provided was competitive with other roofing companies in the area, but in the end I choose another company because they offered a different kind of shingle manufacturer. Would recommend Pro Built for anyone looking to get a roofing estimate.

It went great! Pro Built removed the rotted fascia boards in the back and replaced the boards across the front as well. Once the boards were replaced the gutters were hung. Everything looks great, especially the gutters! I highly recommend them.

The owner, Vince, did an excellent job of quoting the siding - very specific as to details of the job. The crew led by Barney was great-careful about making sure everything was done correctly.. It took approximately 10 days to complete given some weather delays. While the cost was on the high side of quotes we received we are quite happy with the final job. All in all, highly recommend Pro Built- would definitely hire them again. Update 5/16/13 : A few, very minor, issues develop over the last six months as the siding settled in. Pro Built was very responsive in getting things taken care of quickly (were out within a few days of my contacting them). This level of follow-up support is exceptional and is further indication that we made the right choice in selecting them for this project.

Salesman (Todd) was knowledgeable. Explained all options and the process to do the job. The job started a bit later than expected due to weather, and took 2.5 days to complete. The minor issues we noticed were addressed and corrected. The final clean up could have been better - we are still occassionally finding more nails than expected. The clean up was not exactly as promised.

We are very pleased with the results and have received many compliments on the new look for our home. The installers were punctual, professional and always cleaned up after themselves each day. We could not have asked for a better group to work with. Pro Built offers quality products at very reasonable prices. We especially liked the warranties that came with the products. I would definitely recommend Pro Built and would use them again in the future.

Got numerous quotes for roofing and siding. Will report on siding separately. For roofing, Pro-Built was not the least expensive (top half of quotes) but I was more interested in quality for the money than the absolute cheapest job possible. The owner (Vince) did a great job of presenting in detail what they would do (materials used, warranty, etc). Some of the quotes from other places were a bit vague. Also decided to add attic insulation to the job. The crew did the work in one day (approximately 10 hours)--a true whirlwind of activity. Clean-up was good (I am still finding some nails from the old roof, but don't think that could be avoided given the number of nails removed). Very satisfied with how the roof looks.

The salesman who came out did a nice job of talking about all of our options and discussing price. Scheduling the job went pretty smoothly. They did the job while we were at work and completed it in two days time with a majority being completed on the first day. They promised to do a magnet sweep at the end but we ended up finding a TON of roofing nails (even a big pack of them bound together out in the middle of our front lawn) along with a crow bar. But, other than that, they did a really nice job and the roof looks GREAT! Very pleased with the outcome.

Salesman actually got on the roof and measured it. He inspected every roof vent and soffit vent. His presentation was good and he gave me his best price. Another companies did not measure and just eye balled. One guy gave me one price and then tried to lower it if I gave him immediate response. Pro-bilt gave me their best price, measured and did not ask for a deposit. All supplies were delivered on time. Dumpster came early. 4 and 1/2 hour installation. They covered all the area around house with tarps and they still used rollable magnets to check for any nails. Another guy used an air blower and the installers were very polite. Salesperson called after they were done to see how I liked the job

They came in and did the work. They were efficient.

The person who came, Todd, was very thorough in looking at my roof, as well as some other repair work. The estimate he gave me was for a lot of things that I was not aware that I had not taken into consideration before. His approach to what I needed for my roof was very good.

I chose them because they have a life time warranty for material and labor. They also had a good review from other people on Angie’s List. They got the work done the same day. It was a pretty good transaction and I have no leaks. The price was reasonable.

Overall, I liked their performance.

The work they are doing is fabulous. They are very talented. I feel like they have done everything great.

They were perfect. You couldn't have had a nicer group of men. They were quick, efficient, clean and it wasn't a one day job so they cleaned up between days. Even when there was a problem they corrected it, they just didn't let something go by. They were very good. I'd absolutely use them in the future.
