"On February 11, 2025, at 10:00 AM, I called Brasseurs Animal Removal regarding an unidentified noise on my property, which I suspected could be an animal due to ongoing renovations. Chris agreed to access and identify the issue at 1:00 PM. However, by noon, my boyfriend discovered and removed a bird, so I promptly canceled the visit and offered a tip, Chris declined, instead requesting a Google review. Later, upon discovering another bird in the basement, I called back to request the initially agreed upon inspection. Upon arrival, instead of assisting in the second bird?s removal, Chris suggested unnecessary containment measures and failed to conduct a proper inspection. When asked about the bird?s entry point, Chris claimed it was the chimney without assessing the property. Additionally, Chris? behavior was highly unprofessional?using racial slurs, recording (and posting said recording to social media) without consent, and throwing an object at a vehicle outside my home."
