It went very well. They sent out a young, energetic crew. They were nice and pretty thorough. They could have given a bit more attention to the dusting but overall they were quite good. They were quite responsive to my requests. I have a feeling they will just get better as they gain more experience. I like that the boss stopped by during the job. I would recommend them with no problem.

Two maids showed up on time. I had requested help in cleaning a newly purchased home, 2649 sq ft, empty of any furniture. I mainly needed help in cleaning the appliances, windows, bathrooms and basement floor. I was informed that they did not have the supplies to clean the oven, but would clean the fridge for an extra charge of $25. I knew about the extra charge beforehand and readily agreed, but I was disappointed that they did not bring supplies for the other appliances. I had originally spoken to Nelson about working a few hours extra and he had responded that it should be okay, but the maids informed me that they had another engagement afterwards and would not be able to stay beyond the 3 hours scheduled. Once they started working, I noticed that they were quite slow. One of them started work on the fridge. She did a good job, but took 2 hours! This was a standard sized empty fridge and I was quite surprised at how long this took. The other maid started work on the windows. Her work was very unsatisfactory. I asked her to go do it again, but I was still not satisfied with the end result. She then started vacuuming the carpets. I had brand new carpets installed and they were quite clean, except for some loose threads that had been left behind during installation(my kids had already run the vacuum once, so most of it was already removed). Before I knew it, the three hours were up and the maids had only managed to clean the fridge, windows and vacuum the floors. They did not have any time left to go to the bathrooms, basement, garage, and any other parts of the house. Overall, I was quite disappointed. The maids were pleasant to talk to, but extremely slow and the quality of their work left a lot to be desired. I have noticed that many of the reviewers had spoken glowingly about Nelson, and I wonder if his presence would have made a difference. I would not use them again.

When Nelson, the owner, found out how unhappy I was with the initial cleaning, he called immediately and apologized profusely. He insisted he wanted to come back and personally supervise the cleaning and would not charge me for this. I was impressed at how quickly he called me. We were going out of town and so we had to put off his visit for a couple of weeks but he and his team came today and did a wonderful job. I am very happy to be able to recommend this company of honest, hard working people. I will be calling them for help in the future. (As an aside, Nelson also cleaned a big chandelier that is hanging very high in our foyer. He not only cleaned it but also changed out some burned out bulbs and replaced the plastic sheathing for each of the bulbs. This was a job we'd needed done for a couple of years but he graciously agreed to include this work. We are very grateful.)

Purchased 6 work hours of cleaning through Angie's List. The schedule of the services was negotiated through email without any problems. Two people came to the house at the requested time and prompting began the work. The service was performed and we are completely satisfied with the work. This was the 2nd time we used Maid Green and we will use them again in the future. All around great experience with great work.

I forgot most of the details as it's been a while but I do remember that Nelson personally came to help his employee when his other staff member had car trouble making for 2 people cleaning my home. I was impressed with the thoroughness and thoughtfulness that they both extended.

This was my first time using a cleaning service so I was a little unsure of what to expect. The crew was late but we were notified and when they arrived they got right to work. We had two people for 3 hours (total of 6 hours of cleaning per the deal) but they did not allot any extra time for the add'l interior appliance cleaning that I added on. So at the 2.5 hour mark when there were 3 rooms left to clean I had to have several discussions in order to not be charged an add'l fee for going over the 3 hours. Id think that sq footage and add'l services should be considered when estimating time required for the job. I would have been happy to pay more if discussed upfront but I specifically asked whether three hours was enough for my size home and was assure it was. All in all the cleaning itself was mediocre at best. It was better than nothing but I went behind and re cleaned everything they touched. I now have a cleaning service through another company that comes twice a month and they outperform this crew in speed, thoroughness and attention to detail and they have furniture and knick knacks to clean!

Everything turned out fine. There were two people here doing the work but one of the girls showed up late. They did a good job cleaning. They were very thorough.

The cleaning was great but while the provider was taking a lunch break, she backed out of my driveway quickly and hit my car. It didn't do a lot of damage and she was very nice about it but quite frankly, I would have expected them to at least provide a free cleaning!

Two people were supposed to show up, but only one did, so the plan was to have her stay for 6 hours, instead of 2 for 3 hours. I was having some remodeling done at the time, so having her there for 6 hours, plus a lunch hour, didn't work for me. She left after 3 or so hours. Overall, she was competent and did a decent job.

Mandy showed up promptly and worked very hard to clean everything I asked her to. The house looked amazing when she was done! I would highly recommend.

I have been using the company for about 1 year. One cleaner comes out and completes the cleaning about 3-4 hours. They clean my 3 bedroom, 3 bath home. I use Maid Green because they are a professional company who will always send someone out as promised. They are reliable. My only complaint is that they do not clean everything like fold the laundry like I wish they would. They may do that for an extra cost, however. They make scheduling very easy and have never missed an appointment.

The pair showed up on time and after a quick tour of the house, they began working through it. Work was very efficient for the time spent. Toward the end we did a walk through of the cleaning and they asked if I was happy with the work completed.
