I wouldn't use them again. It was okay but it wasn't a deep clean. When I went back over and looked at the bathroom it hadn't been really cleaned and one room she didn't dust at it all. It wasn't the best I've had but it wasn't the worst I've had either. The price for what she did was too much. He responded pretty quickly. She was professional and very polite.

The young man did an excellent job especially in cleaning the shower doors and tub. The other worker did an average job.

After a poor experience, the company sent other maids who did a fantastic job. Amanda Baker and Deedee Baker are the maids names and they are thorough and fast, and had me check that everything was cleaned to my satisfaction. Very professional.

During the first snow storm of the season (a big one, too!) the two workers showed up within the promised time. I was a bit disappointed to see one of the workers go right upstairs without removing her shoes, but when she got to work in the kitchen, she was an incredibly hard worker and very detail oriented. I wish we had hired her for our move-in clean because she would make the place feel like a new house! The male worker arrived a tad late, but still within the expected window. He cleaned one powder room, one full bath, and a half of another full bath in the three hours. She cleaned the kitchen in the three hours. Like I said, very detail oriented team! While my personal preference would be for them to be less detail oriented in order to hit more of the house, I am confident in this company that I could simply ask them to do that and that's what they'd do. They were both very kind and I was impressed to have the owner stop by to introduce himself, too! It is obvious they care about customer satisfaction and they seem very flexible. I bet they'd accommodate just about any kind of schedule request and we will surely contact them in the near future to have them back!

Nelson accommodated my request for an appointment on short notice. He sent Dee & Amanda and they were fast, professional & good. I was very pleased.

Just one day after I bought the promotion from Angie's list, I got response from Maid Green to schedule the cleaning. The lady came on time, and wanted me to take a look before she left. Unfortunately, I couldn't leave my office at that time. I checked out the property afterwards and wasn't very satisfied with the cleaning work. When I sent a complain email to Maid Green, I didn't expect anything to happen rather than a reply email saying we have completed the job. To my surprise, I got a phone call from the manager just half an hour later, and was told he would send another cleaner the next day to redo it. Maid Green has exceeded my expectation and I will definitely do business with it again in the future.

My friend was moving from Illinois to Michigan and the house had been empty since June, 2015. His furniture was arriving on October 8 so the house needed to be cleaned before that date. I contacted Nelson at Maid Green Inc. about six days before the move date and he stated that he would call me back. He called me back the next day and gave me two dates that the cleaner would be available. I choose the Saturday. The young lady arrived at the house at 8 am on time. Because the lock box was still on the home I had to go back to my home to get the combination. Once we entered I went over all of the rooms that she should clean. I had to leave her there because I had a a three hour training session that I had to attend. She worked diligently for six hours. She was very efficient. Everything was cleaned to my satisfaction. When my friend arrived two days later he was also very pleased with the cleaning. I had no problem giving the young lady a good tip. My friend and I will use Maid Green, Inc. Both Nelson, the owner), and Jennifer, the cleaner, were extremely polite and pleasing to work with.

With less then 24 hours notice Maid Green put together a 3 person crew to come after business hours. They were prompt, friendly, and detail oriented. Their work made me excited to move into my new home. I would highly recommend them!!! Thank you Maid Green Inc!

Once we landed on a date/time that worked the crew was on-time and very fast. My house has never been cleaner! Highly recommended!

We purchased the big deal for six hours of housecleaning. The cleaners showed up on time and got to work quickly. They cleaned the entire house (minus the rooms we asked them to leave undone due to some clutter from my kids moving out to college). They did an excellent job and worked hard for the 3 hours the two of them were here. Since they finished the regular cleaning a little early they did some of the windows and doorwall even though their work description says they don't do windows. Which earned them lots of extra points in my book. The only complaint I have is that the "green" products they used did not leave the areas like the bathroom and kitchen smelling as clean and disinfected as stronger products would have.

They scheduled two people to come and only 1 showed up. She asked me about the clutter and seemed shock. She did not seem to have been prepped prior to coming here. She called her boss because she did not seem to want to do the work. I also called him to find out what was going on. He came out and didn't even look at my apartment; just told me she didn't want to do the work.

I purchased the $179.00 for six hours (one cleaning person) Nelson from Maid Green contacted me promptly with-in 24hrs. I told him I was in a bind and needed a cleaning quickly because I was having guest over that weekend. He had his cleaning professional Mandy out to me two days later, I was so grateful. Mandy was a pro she did everything asked and more. She works fast and is thorough, very detail orientated. Following directions and giving excellent recommendations. She brings all her own supplies. I was most impressed how clean my dark wood floors are after she used her steam cleaner on them (so much better than a mop and bucket) The bathrooms are spotless I was truly happy and will be calling again. They broke a pot for my fern. Didn't clean the windows properly. All the upstairs window screens were left on the floor. On the glass they left a frame of dirt.

They were wonderful. Two of them came out to clean. There were there for 3 hours. They didn't charge me anything extra. They were wonderful young ladies. They worked continually through the 3 hours. They did their job very professionally and efficiently. Their price was a bit high. There was about two weeks before we could get it scheduled. There were some cancellations.

Took a long time to schedule. What they did was okay, but there was much they neglected: floors, microwave, bathroom sink, dishes in sink and dishwasher, taking out trash, replacing wastebasket liners.

The professional approach by the owner, Nelson, and ultimately the thoroughness of the cleaning offered 6 hour cleaning resulted in my contracting with the company for weekly maintenance cleaning. On the first day...while waiting for the lead person Nelson showed up with a new employee and personally spent time showing her what was expected. He then spent time cleaning my house while the lead cleaner showed the new employee how things needed to be done. Very impressed. Looking forward to a long relationship.

They did a good job and were professional and polite.

They advertised in their post that they are ready to do deep cleaning/cleaning . We were clear on the fact that we are moving in and we need deep cleaning. 2 workers were just able to do 2 bathrooms and less than 50% of the kitchen within the 3 hours. They did good job though. Me and my wife were not expecting better cleaning level but we were expecting more productivity within the 3 hours period. Overall good performance.

The job they did was OK. Floor cleaning was not great. Just OK. Kitchen was spot cleaned not deep cleaning.

My expectations on what they'd do versus what they'd clean were very different.

They arrived on time. They had to split the deal because only one person was avaible at the time of booking. So instead of 2 maids for three hours. We had one maid for three house on two separate days. This worked well for us.
