Initial consultation was prompt; phone call to set up, the consult called to let me know they were on the way and arrived early. Received a follow-up email to let me know my quote would be on the way. And then things started falling apart. I had to call and email a few times to receive my quote. Finally received because my email was recorded wrong by the person who did the consult. Understandable. Set up my first cleaning. Person arrived in the duration given. However I would say that she did a wipe down of my house instead of cleaning. I'm very clean and tidy to begin so it is deceiving sometimes. Soap scum still visible in the shower floor. The toilet seat was dirty until I wiped it clean. I have a wooden tray on a large ottoman that had not been dusted. Toaster oven was not cleaned (discussed on consult that it would be). I had to go over my floors. And when I went to show the person they had put all the stuff in their vehicle and left.

There were two ladies and one of the ladies (I guess her name is Shelby) did almost nothing. After the living room was vacuumed, I had to clean after her. The half bath sink was not cleaned at all, she spent more time on the phone than cleaning. The house did not look different at all after six hours of cleaning. I have had other cleaning ladies and never did I have to clean up after. The lady on the phone was also very rude. I said I called before and told the details of how many bedrooms and bathrooms and she said I'm the only lady here and I didn't talk to you. What's that supposed to mean? I thought at least when they come for cleaning things will be better. One of the ladies did the cleaning for the two, so practically I got only 3 hours of cleaning when I paid for 6. Not worth the money. This is my first purchase through Angie's list and I will give a second thought on all the reviews next time.

the deal was 250.00 for 6 hours of cleaning. This is a good price. The house was completely empty and had been cleaned non-professionally by the previous owners so we thought that Maid Green would give the house a very nice polish before we moved in. Sadly that wasn't the case. Only one person was on time and the cleaner in charge was the one late, so late in fact that we were unable to meet with him prior to cleaning because we had to go to work. when we came back in the evening, the house was a freezer because they had turned the air down to 65 degrees and left it running. Also I could' see any difference. I don't know what they did for six hours. The house was empty. It has two small bathrooms yet the ceiling fans were still dusty, the corners behind doors still dusty. Trim around doors dirty, Windows dirty, blinds dirty. So apparently they spent six hours mopping floors in a 2000 sq ft. Just ended up being a waste of money. We won't use them again.

I will be saving their number for the future. J did a wonderful job, we are very happy. Nelson (owner) was very accommodating, communicative, and I appreciated his follow up phone call to make sure we were happy with our service.

The staff was very thorough asking what areas they should focus on and planning out their approach before beginning. They asked my input and were very good and thorough, going over some dusty areas twice or more. Very good service and attention to detail.

I was so impressed by Maid Green! They had excellent communication and professionalism throughout. We brought them in for a 3 hour cleaning with 2 workers and they worked diligently through their time with us. The house was in a filthy condition after our renter moved out and, although there is still some work to do, I was impressed by the condition Maid Green brought the property to in a 3 hour window. I would recommend them to anyone and would use them again in the future.

They came out fairly quick after we purchased it. I think we purchased it knowing that it would be a couple of weeks after we got back from a vacation. So, they came out probably a month after, but they contacted us really quick afterwards. That was by our choice. Because it was the Big Deal, I think the price was fair. The quality was average. We did a Big Deal two years before with another company and they went above and beyond the call. So, that was kind of where we stood. They did a good job, but it was not a great job. I thought their responsiveness was good.

The service was fantastic and I would highly recommend Maid Green! I had purchased an Angie's List deal for $179 for 6 hours of cleaning. Two cleaners came for a total of 3 hours (6 hours total) and finished everything that we had been looking for to be cleaned, including detailed cleaning in the bathrooms, mirrors, counters, dusting, kitchen cleaning, etc.. They were on time, friendly, and did an excellent job. We will likely be in the market for a more regular housekeeping service and they will be at the top of my list.

They did a nice job, but there were a couple areas I wasnt completely happy with. I called Nelson, and he sent someone out to do the touch-ups. I'm looking for a regular cleaning service, and Maid Green is still on my list, but I wasn't "wowed" by my experience.

Hired them to clean a very dirty old house. To be fair, I think the two ladies who came to clean were simply overwhelmed.

The gentleman, Henry, was great and a very hard worker. The only issue I have is I would like to be a little more clearer on what's covered in the special pricing and what's extra. Also, I would have preferred at least two people for three hours instead of one person for six hours. But Henry was wonderful.
