Description of Work: Didn't do what I requested. Actually my home was cleaner before they arrived than when they left. The most unprofessional act was the responses I received when I called the |office to express my concerns about the service I paid for!!

Description of Work: My empty house was being prepped for a new renter. I paid for six hours of cleaning. I left a key in a lock box to allow the cleaner to start before I could arrive. When I arrived 4.5 hours after cleaner was supposed to start she was gone. She reported she worked six hours and completed the cleaning. When I disputed her claims the owner (Emin) said she had an emergency and had to leave early. | |Seeing what was and was not done I didn't see more than a couple hours of work. The LR & DR hardwood floor had been mopped. The full bathroom was a bit cleaner. The carpet was new and didn't need vacuuming. The kitchen floor was swept and mopped. Unfortunately, she wasted time throwing out all the window coverings I did not want removed, but did not clean any window glass. Some windows had debris remaining between the inner and storm windows. The attic exhaust fan louvers still had a large accumulation of dust in full view. An entire half bathroom was untouched. The finished basement and stairs leading down were totally untouched. She removed the entry rug and left it out on the front porch as well as a bag of trash. | |The worst thing though was she locked the house leaving the key inside. Not inside the house, but on the hinge of the glass storm door, in plain view from outside. | |Two reasons I didn't give them a totally failing grade are because they squeezed the initial appointment in on Thanksgiving Friday before my open house the following Monday. Also, the young lady who came early Monday morning did a good job making up for the shortcomings of the first cleaner.

Description of Work: Needed a deeper cleaning, as we had just moved in, but sufficed for surface cleaning and would use again for weekly upkeep.

Description of Work: Nelson was very helpful and informative when I called to set up the appointment. |he was very professional and nice, and personally came to my house with the lady who did the cleaning to go over all of the cleaning that I wanted done. The cleaning lady did a great job and I was very happy with their service.
