They showed up 2 hours late but cleaned an extra hour. They worked extremely hard while here....I just wish they could have shown up close to on time.

It went very well. The two cleaners arrived right on time. They were very courteous and professional. They cleaned all the rooms thoroughly and verified with me what I wanted cleaned in each room. We inspected the work after they were done and agreed that everything looked good.

The service has not been completed, they have not finished the hours I paid for yet I have been charged the full amount. Please refund until the job is complete. The ladies did a great job.

Awesome experience from start to finish. Scheduling was quick and easy with Nelson (also such a nice guy!) He also called to confirm the appointment before hand and what was needed to be done. Services were great! House looked fantastic, even inside the cabinets. Will definitely use again in the future.

The crew, consisting of Ana & Katrina, arrived promptly, dove right in and cleaned non-stop for a straight 6 hours! They were extremely thorough and worked very hard through-out the house, but expecially in the basement and bathroom, which were the worst spots in the house. Courteous, polite and friendly, I couldn't have asked for anyone better and will certainly use them again.

They attend to detail of anything. I would give A for everything.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. They ended up showing up several hours late. It worked out pretty good. They did a good job and did what they needed to do. I didn't spend any additional. Other than not being punctual, they provided a very good service.

They did a wonderful job. I have hardwood floors with dog drool marks all over and they made them look clean as new.

Nelson was very prompt and professional. He respond to my inquiry for cleaning help the same day I called. We were putting the home up for sale and needed a deep clean throughout. His crew arrived on the date and time promised and did an outstanding job of making the home look brand new again !! I was very impressed with the attention to detail and the personal care that went into making certain no area was missed or ignored. I would certainly recommend this company.

We were getting ready for a graduation party and did not have time to clean home. Maid Green came in two days before the party and did a great job cleaning our house. They were very detailed and home looked great when they were done.

The service was excellent and quality of work exceeded expectations. I purchased the deal as a Mother's Day gift for my wife. We recently had a newborn baby and needed a little help getting the house clean. Maid Green was excellent!

I hired them to do some deep cleaning on my newly purchased house before moving in. Nelson was very responsive and flexible with scheduling, even when my closing date got pushed back which was great and appreciated. However, the work performed did not meet my expectations at all. One of the cleaners even lied, saying she had completed the basement bathroom yet after they left and I checked it out, it had obviously not even been touched. I sent Nelson photos of the poorly executed work and expressed my frustration but got no response.

One person arrived on time and was very professional. He said another worker would be showing up soon. I wasn't there so I don't know when the person arrived, but when I returned from work they were done and had done a good job. of cleaning the house. They cleaned inside the fridge which was especially dirty (not our mess - we had just bought this house and had not moved in yet). The gentleman texted me when they were done, which I appreciated. Overall they did a good job and I would use them again.

From start to finish. Maid Green was courteous, respectful, and thorough. MAN were they thorough! They vacuumed EVERYTHING. Cleaned out my kitchen. Cleaned my disgusting microwave. Vacuumed the pet hair off the sofa. Dusted every conceivable surface. They were excellent. I intend to book them for regular cleaning.

Two people did the cleaning, arriving 30 minutes and 60 minutes late respectively. The owner of the business called to inform me that the cleaning team would be a little late. The pace was slow, but thorough. I reviewed what I wanted cleaned with the person who arrived first, then had to review again with the person who arrived an hour late. When the person who had arrived first was there for 3 hours (exactly), she stated that the team (both of them) were finished. I told her that I had another 1/2 hour of one person cleaning (since it was supposed to be a team of two cleaning for 3 hours). The person arriving an hour late stayed some additional time. If I had not been at home, I don't trust that the equivalent slow-paced 6 hours of work would have been completed.

Their service was exceptional. My home size was on the larger end of their scale. He was able to finish the job and was really thorough. I was really impressed with the service. I had some tight scheduling conflicts that he was willing to work around which I was impressed with as well.

She was extremely hard working and thorough cleaning, especially in my kitchen. She was quiet and very polite.

Worked with Nelson on estimate and determination of services. He was very prompt, courteous and professional. Their first cleaning appointment was a success. Very thorough, and services were in line with what was promised. Would highly recommend.

They sent out two folks who did a nice job. The fellow did the kitchen cabinets and appliances and the lady did the bathrooms, bedrooms vacuuming. The only thing they were unable to get done in the time frame was the baseboards. I would use them again depending on the price.

The service was okay. They certainly did a good job. They didn't clean my floors really well, and they didn't speak English, and that was probably the reason why I didn't renew with them. The gentleman who did the scheduling was very professional, and polite.
