 + -1 moreThe designer came in during his day off to order the cabinets ASAP so I could take advantage of multiple discount offers, both by the manufacturer and Lowe's. Their installation bid was, unfortunately, way too high

 + -1 moreI was very happy. They did a good job installing everything. They brought the right carpeting. They were clean and neat when they installed, so I was pretty satisfied with them. At the Lowe's we went to we have a very helpful saleswoman so we got good service from her. I would use them again.

 + 0 moreNot well. Walked into store, walked all over looking for item I wanted, found no one to help. Walked out with item I settled for as a second choice, for more money than I wanted to spend.
Description of Work: Every time I get in this store, no one is available to help. It is so big, so overwhelming in finding what you are looking for that it becomes frustrating. When I have found someone to help, they are usually only willing to say "yes" "no" or "I don't know" No willingness to help find answers or other avenues. I also find this store extremely overpriced. I guess we are paying for the convenience of everything being under one roof. Give me the old fashion neighborhood hardware store, please. Unfortunately, stores like Lowes have put them all out of business. I am not sure how that happened, since you really don't get a deal on price. And, many times you never find what you wanted int the first place and walk out with stuff you didn't plan to buy.

 + 0 moreThey provided the equipment for free when we bought the insulation. We had to put down a deposit and they reimbursed us when we returned the equipment. Some of the parts of the equipment were missing, such as the remote. We were able to make it work.

 + 0 moreLowe's is committed to good service and follow-up. First we had to become educated in the options and prices offered. It was very important that an experienced department member entered our order. There are multiple important details to ordering blinds correctly. The installer did the measurements and installation. Every step went smoothly. Note: Bali wand controls don't hang straight down, they stick out at a slight angle. Lowe's confirmed the wand angle with Bali.
Description of Work: Installation of ten aluminum horizontal an one vertical Bali blinds. The manager of the blind department entered our order perfectly. Their contractor was very good.
