A large mirror wall in my workout room was cracked after being struck byan object--obviously done while replacing contents of the room after cleaning. (I also had gashes on the wall of my half bathroom and another on the door frame). I noticed the mirror crack on day 4 and immediately contacted the vendor. He claimed that his assistant did not do it, but must have been caused by my cleaning lady. I contacted my cleaning lady who has been with me for over 10 years and she was adamant that she did not do this. 7 Years of Bad Luck beginning with this absolutely honest review. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! YOU WILL BE SORRY!

Mike has been cleaning our house every other week for several years. We also hire him to wash our windows once or twice a year. Mike is always punctual. If his time has to change, he calls us and we satisfactorily reschedule. Mike is a very nice guy, very accommodating, and trustworthy. His price is commensurate with the services he performs. There are times that we ask him to do some extra services for which we willingly pay a little extra. We highly recommend Mike.

We have been working too many hours, taking care of parents and miscellaneous other activities and have no time to clean. Mike and an assistant came for the first time today and I came home to a sparkling clean house...it smelled so good- not perfumy or chemically...just clean. They bring all their own stuff and his price is very reasonable. The old wood floors are shining, (caution: a little slippery but in a very good way, amazing), the windows are clean, the base boards are clean. He doesn't just hit the high spots...he dug deep for our dirt. He moved a chair and got back to a bookcase that hasn't seen the light of day in....?. I cannot find a speck of dust anywhere. I didn't even do the and quot;clean before the clean routineand quot; the night before. The house is old...built in 1930...probably not the easiet place to clean but he did it! I sit here on a Friday night and I've got nothing to do but relax for a minute. We will definitely be regulars!

Elite was great. They came exactly when I wanted them and got right to work. Mike let me borrow his ladder for a few hours so I could hang a light fixture. That's customer service. I'd hire them again in a minute.

It was good. He was very workmanlike and very pleasant. He did an excellent job. The price was fair; he wasn't the cheapest or the most expensive.

On time amazing pricing reasonable it was a wonderful experience.

They were fine. They gave a reasonable estimate, we just decided to do it ourselves. They were prompt. They came when they said they would and were really nice to deal with. They gave me a reasonable quote. I'm sure they would have done a fine job.

I called Mike on 10/12 and he came out the same day to give me an estimate which seemed very reasonable for the amount of cleaning that had to be done. We agreed the cleaning would be done on 10/30 at 1:00 PM. On that day he came a little earlier and he had an assistant with him. They brought in all their own cleaning supplies. In approximately 2 hours, they were done. They did a great job. Both areas were clean and the basement floor had been disinfected. Mike said that he usually sprays for spiders when there are cobwebs but since I have 2 cats, we decided against it.

He is a great guy, you can trust him. If he comes down and there is a streak he goes right back up to take care of it. I use him twice a year and he is wonderful each time. He is very personable, reliable and very hands on. He is also very accommodating for schedules and needs, never says no to a job! His prices are very reasonable as well.
