Overall, the job went well and the water heater is working fine.
Description of Work: John and Kevin did a good job replacing a water heater for me. Price was fair. Had a hard time getting a hold of them, but once we set a date for the install, they were on time and very professional. They even used a high grade anode rod that had been recently installed in the old water heater

We have used Dr. Drain in the past at our previous house, and he was always very professional and provided excellent service at a fair price. We just purchased a new condo, and called John to perform necessary services.. He was as usual very responsive, and installed a new sump pump and new bathroom shower fixtures on time and on budget. We have several more jobs to be done at the new condo, and we have already reserved John to take care of those jobs. I would highly recommend him. He always does what is necessary to get the job done properly.

Left a message and never received a call back. A week later called him again because another plumber had referred me to him - I spoke to John at Doctor Drain and per him he will call me back to schedule an appointment. Never received a call from him. Terrible service!

Able to come in a timely manner (within 48 hours of non-emergency call), called and arrived as he said he would, evaluated the situation, and then got to work. In and out in ~1 hour.
Description of Work: removed mineral deposits in 2 toilets, and unclogged two bath/shower drains
