We hired Paul, Justin and Anthony to tear out and replace our master bathroom shower and floor. They were professional, friendly, clean and their attention to detail was top notch. The workmanship is incredible and the shower and floor are beautiful. They were extremely pleasant and guided us through every step of the process. I would hire them again without hesitation. Paul and his crew removed a knee wall and two drop downs. They dry walled and plastered. Justin did a meticulous job sanding and priming each area. They completed the work with beautiful results in a short amount of time. We would highly recommend Diamond Developments for any of your home improvements.

I recently added a 2nd bathroom to my home.I am beyond pleased with the results. Paul and crew were there every step of the way. The room was finished exactly as I wanted and they also made several suggestions to make it look better. My wife and I hired Diamond Developments (DD) to completely remodel our master bathroom shower. Remodel consisted of tearing out the old tile, fixtures, and substructure and replacing them with new Prior to the work, we had the custom glass shower doors and partitions removed by our local glass company that installed them many years ago. We wanted to use the same glass for this current project. DD assigned Justin and Anthony to our remodel. From day 1, they were always on time and ready to work. Floors and stairs leading up to the work area were covered with heavy-duty paper and plastic for protection. At the end of the work day, the work areas were cleaned and organized for the next. They were helpful and would give a daily summary of work completed and what the next dayâ s work plan was. We never had to guess. The tile remodel was all subway tile with custom inlays and niches. The work was beautifully and precisely performed by Justin and Anthony. Our glass guy was called back when the project was done. and was able to use ALL the old glass He remarked that this never happens and was totally impressed as were we at the work completed by DD. Our new master bath shower project was completed beyond our expectations and performed by quality, conscientious, professionals. My wife and I are very happy with Paul and his team from Diamond Developments and will use them again for future projects. Thank you!

Diamond Developments owner Paul is a carpentry artisan, supported by a professional, efficient and conscientious crew. Our house, built in the 1930’s had an unusable attic space inside of a dated (1960’s-70’s) room. Paul and team transformed the attic space to an awesome walk in closet. They also finished off the dated room and added built in shelving, it looks incredible! We appreciated the design and thought put into the project along with consideration of time period of home. Did I mention too that they completed all of this in around a week? When first meeting with Paul he listened to our vision and responded with several options for implementing. We never felt that any sort of “hard sell” from Paul, just options and prices. We are looking to have Diamond Developments back our place to finish off another room, hoping this review does not attract too many new clients before we get started :-)

I always wanted a bigger kitchen. Paul suggested opening up two walls to enable bar seating surrounding the kitchen stove area. This updated my historic 1938 ranch into a really modern open floor plan. It became an entertainerâ s dream that allowed for conversation with everyone in the combined space that included the kitchen, dining and living room. Paul has a keen eye for whatâ s possible that transformed my tired, outdated space into a modern, updated place that everyone complimemts. Heâ s the visionary thought partner who knows whatâ s possible in construction, and has the top level building and carpentry skills to make it look fantastic. Heâ s a true rarity in the construction industry - Excellent quality workmanship at affordable prices. I highly recommend Paul for any construction job.
