Description of Work: They designed a trex deck for me that was unique from other deck builders and at a lesser cost. They tried to talk me out of things I did not need rather than into things I did not need. They did exactly what they said they would do and the quality was better than any other builder and I conducted many site visits. Hands down they were the best.

Description of Work: Coy replaced the heavily degraded wood flooring and railing of my deck with Trex composite flooring and a glass railing. They kept the existing trusses/beams to keep costs down. We have received nothing but raves on our "new" deck. Mike, the owner is a great guy and Shannon, who was the on the job foreman, was fantastic.

Description of Work: Project was a complete finished basement. We would highly recommend Coy Construction. Everyone, including every one of the trades they brought in was professional, courteous, friendly, here when they said they would be and on time, and did exceptional work. All materials used were of the highest quality as well. Great job!

Description of Work: When I called and confirmed the work would be done on a certain date, they never showed up. I had to call them to find out why they would do such a thing. The stupid, ditzy girl in the office said she forgot to schedule me. So, she had to reschedule me. I liked the owner, but his office help needs upgrading. But, my experience shows me, a business does what it is compfortable with, they really don't want to hear what people think. They just say they do, so we will feel good going to them. Problems generally get ignored.

Description of Work: Coy Construction built our deck 16 years ago and it needed some board and spindle replacement. They did a very good job and were clean and courteous. Did not come immediately but we were in no hurry so no problem.

+ -1 moreWe are very satisfied with them. There were some delays but it was because of the weather so it wasn't their fault. They did the work very promptly, they cleaned up after themselves and we're very satisfied with the work. We had several other bids and they gave us the best price.
Description of Work: Coy Construction replace almost 1200 square feet of decking.

+ -1 moreThe owner Mike Mc Coy does not like to work with women. We have used him for other projects and he is very arrogant and always wants to talk to my husband who does not want to talk to Mike. So working with Mike is difficult. But he comes up with good designs and he hires good contractors to do his work. He is not very good about standing behind his work however. Once he has his money it is like pulling teeth to get him out to repair a problem.
Description of Work: Built two decks, one with an attached screened in porch and sky light.
