This is the exact email Ive sent to the company, it explains just how poorly this company is operating. I would never trust them to rent a house for me, due to the unbelievable amount of difficulty I've had just trying to get someone to show me the **** house. I applied yesterday for a rental house that you have available in Warren. After waiting around 6 hours I decided to call you guys since I paid 40$ for an application and didn't even receive a phone call or email to let me know what was going on. The employee I spoke with tells me that she does see my application and that she will process It the next day. I was already upset that I waited 6 hours only for me to find out that they had not even known about my application. I waited patiently until around noon the next day to hear back from someone to let me know if I was approved or not. After not receiving a phone call I once again decided to call back to see what was going on. I was told that my application had been approved and that they would just need to verify my employment and I would have to put a deposit down. I agreed to both then asked if there was a time I could meet someone at the house to view it, also to bring my deposit.I was then told that she would be there between 2-3pm to show the house. I unfortunately work until 6pm every night. I had asked if it is possible to have someone meet me there at 630, she said she would try her best to get someone to meet me there and that I would receive a phone call if no one could make it. Well at 5:30 I decided to text back the person whom I was dealing with to make sure someone will be at the house. The response I have just received is "that will not work, call me to reschedule a time". So I fully do not understand what more I can do to help rent this house. Its almost like you guys are trying to make this process more difficult for me.. I am approved for the house, have the deposit to move in, have my first months rent, Supplied you with my current landlords phone number to prove on time payments. Literally the only thing I have asked from you is to have someone meet me at the house so I can see it. I have never had such a hard time trying to purchase anything in my entire life. If this continues to happen and I do not receive a phone call from someone tomorrow morning apologizing for the lack of give a **** out of the employees than I will be forced to take my money elsewhere.
