He did a thorough job to make sure every thing was out of the tank. Much better than others in the past. He also started right away on digging out the old access cover even though he didn't have the new cover with him. He came back 2 days later and completed the job. Looks great when he got done.

System was partially open after an inspection so I called Richard"s to see how soon they could come out and was able to schedule them for the next day. However it turned out they had time to fit us in yet that day on a return trip so our system only had to be exposed for part of a day. Great service!

Excellant. I received a call from my wife that said we had water in the basement which was due to the sewage lift pump we have that is used to pump out water from our water softener and furnace humidifier. I called a plumbing service twice that supposedly had 24h service and didn't get a call back. I called Richards and Dale called me back right away. He was able to diagnose the problem over the phone, help me get the pump to work temporarily so I would be good through the night and said if I still needed help to call back in the morning. Given his care for the customer I did call him back to see if he could come out the next day. even though they were extremely busy, Dale himself promised he would make it out. I was able to ask for a lead call so I could get home from work. Dale did this he was on time - he was even early. When he saw the pump it was a style he never saw before, but he was able to figure it out, fix it and admit it was a great setup. He had the part, fixed it and didn't bill me until he was sure it was working. All around a great business and work ethic. Use them.

He is excellent. He was prompt and he was on time. He did a good work and he was out. He was very fast and very reliable. He was excellent with his responsiveness and punctuality to my needs. He is reasonable in his cost. He's there when he says he will be.

These are the BEST guys in the Kalamazoo area as far as I am concerned. Avoid Modern Plumbing for sure! These guys do it right and won't milk a job for extra money. Great family oriented business! Came out after work and didn't charge me overtime rates. Highly recommended!

Punctual; timely; excellent job of cleaning up the dirt and grass mess; excellent excavating. Very pleased with both the service and customer service.

They were on time and performed the job quickly and professionally.

Jesse Richards and crew, were on time, reasonably priced and performed as expected. They cleaned up after refilling trench. As part of the deal they will return in the spring to fill settled area and grade. Customer will repair driveway, and plant grass.

Jessie was very prompt and got everything taken care of just as he said he would. He said that he would be out on Saturday at 8 AM and would be finished by 11:00 AM and he was done by 10:30 AM. Great work, great price would highly recommend.
