This work was done in May 2012 when we added on to the house. We had a little water come into our basement in February 2018. When investigating for possible causes as to why this happened, 2 builders and a gutter system professional determined that there is just one small down spout (2x3”) bringing the water down from the entire back part of the roof on one side of the house. It should have been to 3”x4”. Also the gutter that was installed is 5”x4” and needs to be changed to 6”x5”. . I contacted Midwest Gutter System several times and talked to Taylor. She told me the owner will get back but no one has got back so far.

The job was completed to my expectations. The gutters were re-pitched and commercial downspouts were installed. I would highly recommend Midwest Gutter Systems LLC.

Jim came out and gave a very thorough walk around and provided a detailed estimate. Understanding that my job was not as large as many of the ones on their to-do list, I felt they worked me into their schedule in a very timely manner. Jim's price and timing estimates were accurate. The crew that came out to do the work were professional and cleaned up properly after the job.

The very next morning we experienced heavy rains, so i went out to observe the functionality of the newly designed system, and everything works perfectly now! We are 100% satisfied with Midwest Gutter Systems LLC.

They came and installed the Rhino system on all my gutters. They were punctual and professional. The work was done in one day. I would definitely hire them again.

It went well. There was a bit of a delay due to the gutter guards not being in stock but totally forgivable. The job got done, and was affordable. Most other places priced me higher.

Timely response to provide estimate. Was not the lowest estimate but was not the highest. From acceptance to work completion, the installation was timely as well. While the owner of the company has a crew and he personally did not do the work his installers couldn't have been more efficent and competent. Great job by a great company. Have no hesitation in recommending. Although its been a short time since the work was completed, I have had no problems and have had a couple of substantial rainfalls to put the system to test.

They were very professional. They did everything exactly as they said they would. They were right on time and were very efficient. They didn’t leave any trash behind and were very careful with my plants. They treated my home as if it were theirs. They were the lowest bid that we got also. Overall a great experience.
