Love Your Floors

Description of Work: Mr. Hofer was hired to install engineered wood flooring and install cementacous brick flooring and grout. He agreed to level the floors, install the floorings, replace missing baseboard and install quarter round finishing and transition moldings. He did not level the floors, did not finish the baseboards, transitions or quarter round. We were living in Florida and had this work done on a condo we purchased in Parchment, Mi. Mr. Hofer called me in Florida and stated that the job was finished and would I send him a check for the balance owed on the contract, which I did. When we arrived in Michigan we found the floors not to our expectation ( or what we were told to expect by Mr. Hofer)
