Description of Work: Did not choose them to do project, price was higher than I wanted to pay. Very friendly and came right out to give me an estimate.

 + 0 moreAmazing! We have city water and sewer but since the problem was on our property the city would not do anything. Jim came out dug up the line and found that the person that installed the line did not seal it correctly so a tree roots and grown inside and caused the water back up. He replaced the pipe and sealed it. He then called the city to try to figure out the company that had installed it however they did not have record. He goes above and beyond and the bid was about the same as other companies. We recommended him to friends for their driveways as well and they had the same experience. We now recommend his company to all of our friends / family's.
Description of Work: Our basement flooded and Jim came out and had to dig up our water line to find the problem.
