I have a small company with a total of 3 workers. Hi-TecH Remodeling has been in business for 5 yrs. with 27 yrs. of exp. we cover all of Genesee county further areas for the right job. We do quality working at reasonable time frame and a reasonable price. Unless we run across a job that's going to take more time to do the job right. We show up everyday until the job is finished. Most home owners will usually will have us do extra work after they've the quality of our work. We work at lest 8 hours a day and clean up after ourselves everyday. "Very high pressure sales. For your own sake have cameras rolling during sales pitch. Don’t let them make you believe that the installation is done by Erie. Totally subcontracted. Talked us into choosing them even though they were 7k higher than other roofers with the promise of higher quality service that didn’t happen, job site was a mess had to inspect gutters they were not cleaned. They came back out cleaned said it was done got back up on ladder gutters still full and found damaged siding on back of chimney. After filling with BBB repairs and cleanup were done just not worth the higher price. Price started at $26 a square for metal and $15. For fiberglass after 4 hours of sales it came down to $21 metal and $10.5 a square foot fiberglass. I surely have buyers remorse hopefully this review helps someone in their decision. Also suggest reading this [*** Link removed ***] prior to reading all the A+ ratings on BBB Also make sure proper permits were pulled they did not pull one till after the install when I questioned it. Hubble Construction has been servicing homeowners in Michigan with their renovation and restoration needs since 1989. A family-‐owned business based in central Michigan, Hubble Construction carries their commitment to homeowners throughout the Lower Peninsula.
"DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. They were sent out to my house by my insurance company, after a tornado, to immediately cut down trees so that more damage wouldn't happen. I signed over a nearly $20,000 insurance check to Caleb, told him that he wasn't allowed to do a PENNY more worth of work without my approval because I couldn't afford to do construction work at this time and the damage to my house was primarily JUST aesthetics. He said no problem and now I've been billed nearly $5,700 EXTRA, after expressly stating he couldn't do more work, and he is threatening to put a lien on my house. I've been told that this is how he does business regularly, didn't believe it, and now I'm living it. Not to mention that the work done is HORRIFIC and he forgot about me, like he apparently does most clients, and it took me 5 months to get them here to do the repairs. STAY AWAY. You've been warned."
