Description of Work: Installed Shaw luxury vinyl plank flooring over tiles. They patched the tiles but didn't put an overall leveler down which i was told would be done. They laid the floor and didn't use the 100lb roller that shaw says you need to keep warranty. Laid floors over glue that had dried. its popping up. there is also bumps everywhere as the patching is showing up through the flooring. Coming out on wednesday to see if they can heat the floors to make the adhesive sticky again. I will NEVER use them again.
