Gina was our design consultant for our home. She was fabulous - Very organized, very professional and answered all of our questions completely. She turned a daunting task into something that was actually enjoyable. It was exciting seeing it all come together!

Based on many exceptional customer reviews on social media, which I find tells the real story, we decided to hire World Of Floors. The Sample Truck is well organized and our Salesperson (Gina) did an exceptional job of explaining the benefits and features of the different options. She also had great ideas and input on design and color choices and did a great job of explaining the all of the next steps. Super smooth experience from start to finish and the quality of the installers work was fast & flawless. Doesn't get any better -

My husband and I had our first experience with World of Floors while we were in the process of building our new home. Upon our first meeting, Emil helped us choose hardwood, tile, carpet, and vinyl. He was very helpful and put my fears to ease as I didn't want to make a mistake. He assured us that he wouldn't let that happen. Our home is still in the process and the flooring and tiles were just completed this week. All I can say is he was right.. we didn't make a mistake and I love it!! Thank you Emil for making a possible stressful situation so easy!!

we recently used world of floors for a remodel in our kids bathroom. they were not the first one we got quote from. but we met with sunny who made our experience painless and super easy. totally use them again for future remodeling and products.

Material was found to be a week delayed. Ok it happens. I got touch back from Janette promptly. We were sold on the claim that their installers were all employed by WoF And spoke English. Both of those statements were false. I mean there is no flooring, roofing, siding or what have you type company that employs in house installers. But that’s what I was told. The installers left a few gaps and face nailed boards in the middle of the floor. I didn’t get good responses from the WoF guy (who was more interested in why I had an issue with non-English speaking installers, than anything else) The non English part was frustrating because I couldn’t ask them a question or a concern. Oh, and the 2 installers ****** on my bathroom floor and toilet seat. For two days. So there was that. My best interaction was with Daniel, the owner/contractor that employed the installers. His company is “Amazing Floors”. Great bedside manner and fixed everything his guys missed. I would hire him again. No question.

Overall the floors turned out pretty good, the company was informative and quick to respond. There are a few spots were they taped my walls and the tape tore paint off, and a few spots close to the edges that were t completely sanded/stained, but overall I’m satisfied with the floors. My biggest issue is the sales representative I had show up lied/misinformed me about payment, he stated that since it was primarily a labor job, a %50 percent deposit was required up front, which was understandable, and that the remaining balance could be paid by cash/check/credit after the completion of the job. The day before they were supposed to start, I got a call for payment. I was informed that if I wished to pay by card, I had to pay in completion before the job was even started. If I hadn’t been in such a time crunch, and already paid half, I would have canceled the job right then. I was not comfortable with having to pay up front before the job was even started and I will be going to another company when I redo my kitchen floors next year.

An excellent job all around - stairs look great, and the bedrooms required a lot of moving of furniture from room to room as carpet was first removed, then replaced with new carpet. Finished in a day and half, and left everything in good shape.

Great color. Easy process for purchase. Installers were fantastic and had over 15 years experience. Were able to do stairs and install new wall base boards which was key for me choosing this company

A father and son team began at 11:00 AM and worked steadily until completed at 9:00 PM. They were polite and asked all the right questions.

Great van, holding more samples than it looks, with friendly. They did our bedrooms, hall and foyer and it turned out great! I would definitely recommend these guys!!

Bought all new carpet and wood floors for our whole house earlier this Spring, which was a process that we had never been through before. What I really liked about this company is how much time they spent talking to us about carpet (different kinds, carpet pad, things to look for, what/how much you really need) and letting us ask all sorts of questions, which we really didn't get an opportunity to do at other places. The guy Emil is very knowledgeable about carpet and flooring, and we have been very happy with our purchase so far.

I worked with Ralph early April in picking out new laminate for my kitchen remodel. He was super easy to work with and had great input on colors and style. He made it such a fun experience! The gentlemen that came out to do the work were super great too! They were very polite and professional and easy to have in the house with small kids and a dog around! Thank you Ralph! I love my kitchen!

Contacted them for vinyl tile for our remodel. They have a pretty good selection, nice workers too. A great company to get tile and floor stuff for sure.

3 different friends recommended 3 different companies for carpet. I had tried the first two and although the staff was nice the selection for the pricing was very small. When I called up World of FLoors Jeanette showed me several carpet options and the turn around time to have installed was fast! The deal was better than Home Depots "specials". Jeanette verified my order when she called to get it started. The carpet was installed on time as promised. Robbert who installed it was friendly, got the job done nicely and made sure to ask me questions on any concerns I may have. I highly recommend World of Floors great employees and products!

Best Flooring Company ever! My wife and I called them up to price out new floors for our remodel. We met with Emil and WOW what a professional! We immediately felt taken care of. He was able to lead us through the process and help us decide what we wanted to keep us within our budget. Emil and the rest of the staff are all awesome, but I would highly recommend working with Emil! This is how a customer service business should be run! Way to go guys! I'd give you 10 stars if it would let me.

Can't say enough good things about these guys...right from the getgo I received excellent service and knowledgeable techs...do yourself a favor and don't even bother to shop around. I have and was disappointed every time. This is my go to company from now on. Thanks Dave for doing a GREAT job.

Working with Jason to select materials for our new home was great. We found very nice Shaw flooring within budget, and we splurged on some fantastic vinyl tile for our master bathroom. World of Floors made the process easy and they had great recommendations for all of our hard and soft surfaces. 5 stars to Jason and the WOF team !

Sunny helped us cordinate carpet, hardwoods, and tile for our new custom home. We appreciate her quick sketching skills and her eye for detail. Sunny has a gift for seeing the finished product and is able to tie floor covering and tile with other design elements. She responded quickly to our inquiries both email and phone. Stephanie gave great service and we appreciate her prompt replies to us. We highly recommend World Of Floors to all looking to remodel their home. Ask for Sunny!

World Of Floors is a great company that has been around for decades. Very dependable!

Emil really knows his business. From the very first call, to the installation he walked us through step by step what we needed to do. Calling him saved us at least 30% rather than going through Home Depot, Lowes, etc. very reasonably priced and great customer service.

We met with Joy to choose the carpet, hardwood flooring and tile for our new home. She was a pleasure to work with and walked us through the options we had available from our builder. As stressful as choosing so many materials can be, we felt very comfortable with Joy and confident in her opinions when we asked her for recommendations. She was very professional, friendly, and polite. We haven't yet seen the products installed since the house is still under construction, but we'd highly recommend World of Floor based on our experience with them so far.

Ralph worked with us to select all of the flooring for our new home and there were a lot of choices! He was informative, patient, not pushy, and professional. He gave us a lot of great ideas and suggestions. I would highly recommend anyone to work with Ralph! I think our home will be more beautiful because of all his help with carpet and flooring. I got very frustrated because my order was delayed for an over week due to weather and other trucking circumstances. I kept having to reschedule my contractor and other deliveries. Robert was very apologetic and worked hard to make it right. I felt he and this company sincerely cared about their relationship with me and my satisfaction with my floors. I really appreciate the deference and kind follow up. This is personalized service you don't often find!

Jeanette was the designer who helped me with many selections for my new home and she was wonderful! Always prompt and professional over phones and emails and was very knowledgeable about all the products I was able to select. She gave me information and suggestions on everything from my vinyl tile and wood flooring to my kitchen and bathroom floors and I never felt pressured by her to upgrade. I believe she really wanted to help by answering my questions and giving me examples of what would work together. I would definitely recommend Jeanette and World Of Floors to friends.
