Good, very good.

We’ve got a few jobs done in the past couple of year for my parent’s & my own house. We started with another company to redo the hardwood floor for my folks’ upstairs, they did a horrible job, installed the floor over bad cement, and refused to come back to fix. We spent lots of energy to fight & eventually got only a partial refund. Then we called up 3 other companies and only World of Floors knew what the issues exactly were and willing to help us to fix the cement and redid the floor. They did such a good job, my parents’ are so happy whenever it comes to floors. Then last fall my own house had a flood in the basement, again I called World of Floors and again they did a quick, affordable, fantastic job for us. I took their advice for the colors; it turned out perfect. And recently I got the rest of my house done. Hardwood and carpet, and a new kind of luxury vinyl, looks exactly like ceramic tile but much less as hard or cold. We’re so happy with they products & service. Courtney followed up through the whole process and left me nothing to worry about. I cannot say enough about this company. I’ll recommend this company to everyone that I know, especially for those who’s got a more or less complicated job, World of Floors is the one that really knows what they’re doing and is good at it. They’ll save you money and time, trust me!

World of Floors did a great job, the installer Robert was very friendly and professional. The carpet looks great throughout my house!

The owners were very personable and down to earth. The salesman Elvis was great. And the workers were timely, respectful and competent.

It was really helpful to have the salesperson come to my home and show me samples with my busy work schedule. They did a wonderful job from the start to finish, my floors look great! I already referred my daughter and aunt to World of Floors.

I was totally satisfied with the product and installation. The representatives were very pleasant also.

It was perfect. The installers arrived on time and got right to work. They were very professional. They put all the furniture back where I wanted it. The carpet and laminate are beautiful.

It went great and the installer that put it in was beyond friendly. They did such a great job and I would definitely recommend World of Floors to everyone.

From beginning to end I was more than happy with World of Floors. I was originally looking for ceramic tile but they suggested lvt which is luxury vinyl tile and I'm so happy I went with the suggestion they gave me. The installers were great and the customer service was excellent. I don't need anymore flooring right now but when I do I know who I'm going to call!

The salesman was very professional and knowledgable. I really enjoyed the experience of having World of Floors come to my home to show me the samples. I was able to match the samples up to my entertainment section and wall paint. The installers did a wonderful job. They cleaned up after themselves and I just had an overall great experience with World of Floors!

Our experience was wonderful. The staff was extremely friendly and it was convenient to shop at home. Once we picked our carpeting we had someone out within a a few days to install it. It looks AMAZING!! It was a great experience and I would recommend World of Floors to our family and friends.

There are several locations. I think they are all associated. They just gave me a better price out of three people that I have gone to and the carpeting was beautiful. They have a good choice and I have a warranty on the carpeting too. They have blinds and I am going to use them for blinds.

We got an estimate from another carpet co. We then proceeded to contact World of Floors for another price. The salesman George that helped us proceeded to explain to us how the other companies will come in, measure give you a price then they will give ther supervisor a call . Which in turn the supervisor will "discount" the price for you. Well when we went to World of Floors and gave George our price, he took the info and did the exact same thing he said the other companies do, he called his supervisor who low and behold gave us a better price. The carpet we picked was an on sale and instock/over buy carpet. So immediate installation was available. The gentleman came out for exact measurements and and install date was set up. Well the evening before the install date we received a call from George claiming that when the carpet was being made it was damaged. Well the first problem is if the carpet is "In Stock/Over buy" then why would the carpet need to be made? My wife took the day off from work to be there for the installers. So a missed day of work. We did eventually set the install date for that upcoming weekend. 4 days later. But we had prior commitments and no one was available to be there for the installation. The house was empty as we were getting ready to sell it. So the installers called and we left the door unlocked for them. Which was not an issue. They did lock up the house and the clean up was good. Carpet installation was good. BUT. I had been working on the house getting it ready to sell. So I had some tools etc. Up and out of the way. The carpet was installed on the 12th of April. Upon our return we did go inspect the job and on April 14th went and paid the remainder of the balance on the job, I didnt need the knee pads at that moment so I had no reason the chek for them. On April 18th I went back to the house to finish up some work. As I was getting ready I started to gather my tools etc to work and discovered that my pair of my knee pads were missing. Only 2 people have access to the house my wife and myself. All of my tools etc were up and out of the way, so when the installers came in they were free of anything to just install the carpet. I had the knee pads in a closet up and out of the way with the rest of my tools. Upon noticing they weren't there I did a complete check of everywhere to triple check that they weren't miss placed. So I proceeded to go back to World of Floors on April 18th. George was gone for the day already so I told the gentleman that was there the issue. He took the info down and wrote an email to the installation co. On April 21st I went back to World of Floors to check on the situation and see what they came up with. George was there so I told him the situation. He called the installers, and the installer claimed he never received the email and that his guys do not use that kind of knee pad. Well if he did not receive the email then how do he know what type of knee pad it was. So that also was a lie. The installer told George that he would look around his place to see if they were accidently picked. But the knee pads were in a closet up out of the way. So they couldn't have been "accidently" picked up. So I went back to World of Floors on April 23rd. George proceeded to tell me the installer called and told him that he did not find them anywhere. And if I had any further issues to call the police and file a report. Customer service huh? Basically told me they didnt have them and I was just out of luck. The installers are contracted out by World of Floors. Which makes World of Floors just as responsible and liable as the installers. Its up to them to make this right. Not just be told we don't have them and to go file a police report. Thought things were ok, as to no "valubles" were left in the house. But guess nothing is safe in todays times.

We visited the World of Floors location within Art Van in Westland, Michigan. The sales representative was very helpful and the pricing/financing were exactly in our range (especially compared to our other quotes). I would say the quality of the carpet/padding we chose is okay relative to what we paid for it. My main issue was with the installation. It seems World of Floors uses third party installers, so the relevance of this opinion may vary from location to location depending on which third party is contracting. I our case, it was obvious from the onset I did not have a world class installer. Unfortunately I was not onsite to witness their work firsthand but I could tell from my phone conversations with the installer that they were looking to cut corners wherever possible and get on to the next job (i.e. do I want carpet all the way to the walls/doors, special requests for transition pieces etc.). What really bothered me was how they installed the tack strips/padding: such that the nails would always poke you feet any time you stepped across one (in every room!). It took a litany of unreturned phone calls to World of Floors before we finally had an appointment for the installer to come back out. When the installer did come out, they were visibly frustrated and explained we needed to take a hammer and pound down the nails sticking our of each tack strip (bear in mind this was a problem in every room). Since we would not accept this, the installer very begrudgingly went through each room and performed this task (with continual discussion that "we" should be performing this work ourselves). after which the issue seemed sufficiently resolved. Interestingly in a follow up customer service call, the associate commented they were very surprised about our experience as this was one of their best/most reputable installers. Maybe we caught this particular installer on a bad day but my sympathies to the customers that took one of their less reputable installers!

Everyone from the salesman to the installers did a good job. The salesman brought up some statistics and advertising. The installers that came did a very good too. The carpet is very durable, very resilient, and I get a lot of compliments on it. The pricing was very competitive and came in lower than I expected too.

I would go someplace else next time.

I wasn't happy with the seems and there didn't seem to be good communication between the sales staff and the crew that installed the floor. Things were done the way they were contracted for. The bill was adjusted accordingly, but that wasn't what we wanted. A month passed before they came back to make the final adjustments and install the baseboards, and they only showed up then because I called several times. There were too many problems to recommend them or use them again.

We had a really nice, pleasant experience with this company. I felt they sold us a very high quality product. In fact, we did some research, and the carpet we purchased is made out of 80% recycled pop bottles. This helps save the planet, and it is good at repelling stains.

THEY DID A GOOD JOB MAKING SURE THE CARPET STAYED DOWN. THEY SHOWED UP ON TIME AND MADE SURE TO CALL MY HOME BEFORE COMING. THE PRICE WAS GOOD FOR QUALITY OF MATERIALS USED AND WORK PERFORMED.

THIS COMPANY DID A VERY GOOD JOB OF INSTALLING THE CARPET. THEY WORKED IN A TIMELY AND PROFESSIONAL MANNER. I WAS PLEASED WITH THEIR WORK AND THE FINAL RESULTS.

THEY ARE VERY CUSTOMER ORIENTED. WHEN I WAS THERE, I TOLD THEM WHAT I WANTED. THEN THEY IMMEDIATELY SHOWED ME WERE TO FIND IT. THEY DID NOT HAVE ANY HIGH PRESSURE SALES TACTICS. WHEN THEY WERE IN MY HOME THEY DID THEIR WORK VERY WELL.

WORLD OF FLOORS WAS A GREAT COMPANY TO HIRE. THEY HAD A LARGE SELECTION OF CARPETS TO CHOOSE FROM. THE SALESMEN WEREN'T TOO PUSHY. THEY SHOWED UP ON TIME AND WERE HARD WORKERS. ALL THE MESS WAS CLEANED UP WHEN THE JOB WAS DONE.

THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL ABOUT GETTING THE CARPET DOWN WITHOUT ANY WRINKLES. WE WERE VERY PLEASED AND SATISFIED WITH THE WHOLE EXPERIENCE. THEY DID A GREAT JOB.
