I can't honestly remember if I made a review on either of my projects with World Of Floors. First, they refinished my existing hardwood floors. Completely top notch work and people from top to bottom. After that, we're working on new vinly flooring in my kitchen and bathroom. Again, top notch. World Of Floors is the best.

I had to replace flooring in my home due to a water pipe burst into getting in my living room. I looked at a couple of other suppliers, but the service and selection was far better than anywhere else visited. Elvis was so helpful in showing me sample, after sample, after sample... Elvis was so knowledgeable about the types of floors, the quality, and what would look good in my house. The price was better than expected. I will be going with World of Floors for my next flooring needs.

We chose World of Floors based upon good reviews and the fact that they carried LVT product, which we chose to put in our basement. We were repairing major water damage and needed to do it quickly; Emil worked with us to choose a product that would get installed right away. We then had to wait a couple of months to finish another carpeted part of the job. World of Floors kept all of our information and worked around our schedules (and was courteous through a couple of reschedules). The whole process was seamless and pleasant, which is a gift during an unplanned construction job.

I can't say enough about my whole experience. The job they did was beyond expectations , and that is no easy feat as I'm very particular. I also like the fact they support veterans with a discount very nice touch. Their prices were very competitive, customer service excellent, the installers got right with it and completed job on time as a matter of fact I was amazed how well and fast they did the job. If you are looking for a flooring company they would be my first stop. I wish I could rate more than A as that is what they deserve. Tell them Dana Taylor sent you!

World of floors, Rich took really good care of me. He was very flexible and patient with me. Rich allowed me to postpone installation due to unforeseen circumstances. He also went out of his way and hand delivered my transitions after he had worked all day. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for flooring and a friendly/knowledgeable staff

My wife and I bought our flooring from World of Floors earlier this year and it has been a great experience for us! From picking out the flooring we wanted, to comparing prices on flooring, to delivery to our house and the installation, it's been great. Emil at World of Floors was a pleasure to work with on our recent flooring project. We redid 3500 sqft of flooring with wood flooring on the 1st floor and carpet up the stairs and throughout the 2nd floor. Emil was responsive from my initial message through Angie’s List and his quote was very competitive. He was able to get us the specific wood floors we wanted (which we picked out in another state) and the specific Stainmaster carpet. He communicated well throughout the project and visited the house to keep an eye on it. Emil even went above and beyond to help me get an additional project complete (all new baseboards). I would readily reach out and work with Emil again.

I recently had a flood in my home which required new counters and flooring. The team at World of Floors was amazing assisting with my journey. I always felt welcome and everyone was very knowledgeable and understanding of my situation. Their samples helped us when choosing between multiple color combinations. After a recommendation from my house painter, I reached out to World of Floors to install a stair runner in our new home. John came to our house and was super friendly and helpful and let us consider for as long as we needed before making a decision. I requested a fairly complicated layout given the pattern I chose and different levels and direction changes in our stairwell, but John took the time to carefully measure and plan out the project. He was very patient with me despite my very specific requests. He also made the call on our binding choice after listening to what I was hoping for and the carpet was perfect when it arrived! They did an excellent job on the install: fast, clean and despite my fears that it wouldn't turn out like I envisioned, it ended up looking even more beautiful than expected. It's absolutely perfect!! I couldn't be more happy with how everything went and the end result and John was such a nice guy. Thank you to the whole team at World of Floors!

First let me just say that I am a contractor and I purchase carpet & hardwood flooring from World of Floors all the time. Their ability to deliver quality products on tight deadlines separates them from any other flooring retailer in the Detroit metro area. The sales staff or on top of their game and it truly shows when I deal with them. I honestly drive by countless stores /distributors on my way to them and happy to make the trek. We had an all around great experience with World of Floors! Emil, the Sales Manager, was extremely helpful with educating us on our options and ensuring that the installation went well. Ultimately, we settled on some beautiful engineered oak floors that were very competitively priced. The crew did a great job of nailing down the floors and running them in the most aesthetically pleasing way possible. It is nice that they have their own crew so their is accountability and pride in their work. In the busy Rochester market, we have had nothing but challenges with contractors, their finished products, and getting fair prices. World of Floors was definitely the exception and I would highly recommend them.

Very please with the professional work they all did. Emil the rep came out to my place on Sunday twice. He always kept me informed. They worked around my schedule as I was doing other jobs like painting. The installation grew did an excellent job including cleaning up and hauling away all the scrap. They made sure the job was done to my satisfaction. I would highly recommend them.

We are remodeling our new home in Mi, moved form Tx and didn't know anyone to ask. Found them on Angies list and what a great decision it was. They were very accommodating about our schedule and patient with us throughout the process. I would highly recommend them. They installed the over 1500sq ft. of laminate flooring for us and their quality of work is excellent and great to work with. If you need flooring installed, they are the experts. Thank you Emil for all of your help and for your great customer service!

An agent did come out to my house to evaluate my repairs, but when he arrived, he informed me that they do not do repairs on floors they did not install. After informing me of this, he stated that he would ask for permission to make the repair anyway and that he would call me the next business day. He did not call the next business day. I allowed for an additional day and he still did not call. I followed up today and was informed he would call me by the end of the day; he still has not called (it is now 9pm). If the answer if simply that the company does not perform repairs on floors they did not install, state as such. Do not have an agent come out to my home, neglect to respond to the request, nor return my call.

They arrived on time and helped move some furniture and completed carpet and cleaned up nice. Carpet looked great. We are very satisfied

We just did a major remake of all our floors, 3200 square feet worth. From the get go, Emil (the owner) and his crew made the whole project go totally smooth from start to finish. We ordered wood floors for the downstairs and carpeting throughout the upstairs including the stairs. The quality and price were excellent, within our budget and everyone was totally professional and courteous. His crew showed up on schedule and worked efficiently. They were thorough, meticulous: even with the base molding that had to be removed and then replaced, and cleaned up at the end of each of the four days it took to complete the project as promised. Definitely a high recommendation for World of Floors, Emil, his quality of service, and products, and his crew; all top notch.
