Description of Work: I exchanged a large 8-person hot tub for a 2-person hot tub. While the purchase was quick, it took several months to have it installed due to weather and other appointments by Spa Winds. But since the installation, everything is going fine. They plan to sell my old on one consignment but haven't heard anything as of yet; I will call in a few days to check on that status. |Overall - good company and I would use them again or recommend them to others.

+ -1 moreI had been looking at various places for a hut tub before I went to TradeWinds Spas. What I really appreciated was the lack of a hard sell. They provided information and let me take my time to reach a decision. They even let us 'wet test' several of the hot tubs. It was a big decision for me (a lot of money for me to spend) and they really gave me a lot of space to make my own decision. I would recommend them to anyone interested in buying a hot tub. I also love Caldera spas with their 'circuit therapy'.
