Extremely disappointed. Update: I just read the contractor's response. None of what he submitted was true. As I indicated in my initial review, I never received any follow up after the salesmen took the measurements, even after several phone calls. His response suggested that I was not interested in paying for a design. Thiis also false, as it is EXACTLY what I wanted. I was interested in a complete landscape design (front, back, side yard) and I was looking for his expertise in how I could break that up into phases. Furthermore, he went on to say my budget would not sufficient to do any of the work. My budget was $20k for the initial phase. I'm sure he could have come up with something. I eventually went with another contractor to complete Phase I of my project (paver patio, waterfall, and built in gas firepit). I am looking to complete the next Phase this Spring and will not be considering SiteScape to complete the work. I hope others have better luck than I did with this contractor.

The price was where I wanted it to be, and they were timely. They told me when they were going to come, they showed up, and they took care of my project all at once. There was no finishing it later, it was all done at one time.

After coming to our home to see what we were interested in for new landscaping they left with the promise to get back with me within a few days! They never called or quoted our landscaping as promised!

We had to narrow it down and we had personal references from the two other companies as well as the excellent recommendations from Angie's List, because of that we eliminated Sitescape in our round one.

the crew was amazing...hardworking, well trained, and really artistic. The neighbors volunteered a comment on how hard these guys worked..."there is no quit in them" was the phrase. we then had a party for about twenty five that weekend. boy, did we get the compliments! also I should mention that Kevin bent over backwards to get the job done before our party. These guys are the best. Not cheap but you get what you pay for from them!!

Aaron and his crew were extremely professional. Aaron is one of the nicest people we have ever dealt with in companies we have hired for home improvement. He was very professional and prepared a thorough quote for the work we wanted done. He was able to understand what we were looking for and come up with a design that fit what we wanted perfectly. His crew came out and in one day, stripped out what we had, installed everything as we discussed, made it look great and cleaned up so well you could barely tell they had delivered rocks, dirt and mulch. Our grass was intact despite them having to move large boulders, and no damage was done to our property. His crew is very hardworking, nice and very professional. I can't write enough good things about their company and how they handled this job. We intend to have them back next year to begin to landscape our back yard. I really would recommend them to everyone as they are that good. It was also nice to have a professional look at what we wanted and give us ideas. We highly recommend them.

They did not came out and didn't follow up and gave me prices. I would not use them in the future.

We could not be happier and more satisfied with our experience using Sitescape. The team has to be one of the most professional and efficient we have seen in Michigan! They set goals, exceed them, and most importantly do what they say. From our initial meeting with Aaron (Landscaping designer and our customer point of contact) we knew we were working with professionals and were making the right choice: he was punctual, responsive, and highly creative in his suggestions. During the project execution phase, the team on the ground , were led by Erik who did a great job of maintaining an impressive pace of work while performing according to plan and the quality expected. They were at our home every day on time from early morning to early evening without fail - regardless of the weather conditions. They completed a major project of brick paving all around our home as well as planting and sodding according to a specific design. The team were also proactive in checking regularly with us to assess how we liked the work and whether we wanted anything changed or modified. The project completed on time and to a very high standard of work - we would not change anything. Post completion the follow up and management of the customer relationship has been equally impressive to ensure our satisfaction, and both Tracy and Aaron, have been great points of contact for follow up. This is an organization that I am confident will do well because not only do they do great landscaping but they truly work together seamlessly as a team, which makes Sitescape a well run business and translates into a fantastic customer experience. We would not hesitate to recommend them or use them again for any additional work.

It took them a very long time to get back with us in regards to receiving a quote. When we did finally reach them (after several attempts) we were disappointed with their estimate - which was almost double of the competition! We hired another company from the Birmingham location for almost half their cost with a beautiful result.

Exceptionally well. Sitescape crew was very professional and the brick pavers were installed with precision. When a couple of the plantings didn't do well over the winter from H*** they replaced them promptly. A great company.

Aaron came out to discuss our options. He accomodated our schedule and was on time. - he listened to our request and ideas and offered so additional ideas that would help make our reqest look and work better. This was an unusually hard job as they had to remvoce 7 trees that were about 12 foot high and replace them with 8 foot high trees - This was particularly hard as the area was such that all of the work had to be done by hand - no heavy equipment. The workers arrived on time, worked extremely hard for two days, and cleaned up their work areas. They did an excellent and professional job - Update: 9/2/2014 Since the installation we had one tree die in Mid June - after several calls and emails, 4 weeks later the tree was replaced. about mid August another tree started to die - I have sent several e-mail's so far no response. It appears that while Sitescape's work looks good if its plantings die they are really not interested in honoring their warranty in a timely manner - Two of our neighbors were very favorably impressed when the job was originally completed - both have commented on the dead trees - both have had landscaping done since - not with Sitescape

We are very happy with the way our front yard now looks. Kevin's crew worked until the early evening to complete the work in one day.

Aaro was great - very helpful, professional and drew up some great looking plans. We went with another company, but their design and price were on par with other providers. Although we did not use them this time, we will be sure to give Sitescape a call when redoing the back of our house.

Aaron the designer/estimator was helpful and informative. I appreciated the fact that he gave me honest feedback about which of our ideas would and would not work. The installation crew was also very professional and left my property just as clean as they found it. I will be doing business with them again in the near future and would recommend them to anyone looking for professional quality landscaping.

We needed the work done prior to a wedding celebration my wife and I were having at our house on August 3rd of 2013. I first contacted Sitescape earlier in the season and was told that they were pretty much booked up in the coming couple months, basically negating the opportunity to get the work done in time for our backyard party. This was consistent from other companies as well, apparently I waited to long to get this work done. To my surprise I received a call from Aaron at Sitescape the first week of July and said they had a few openings to potentially do our job. He came out, provided a quote on the steps and offered to refresh our patio as well for a great price. He provided a fair quote considering the timeframe and work that needed to be done. His crew came out as promised and did a great job. If we ever have a need for other landscaping projects that require professional help, Sitescape is going to be our first people to call.

Sitescape came in and replaced an existing brick paver patio with a beautiful new paver patio that included a fire pit. They also did extensive landscaping in the front and back yards. The work included: removing a few overgrown trees and a bushes from the front yard, replacing them with new trees and bushes, adding new berms with several evergreens and trees in the backyard, trimming all existing hedges and bushes and finally mulching all beds. |The crew was very professional. I have dealt with many contractors over the past several years. I rarely find companies that met my expectations. Sitescape exceeded my expectations. |

The crew was magnificent, hard working and skilled. The results far exceeded my hopes. Keith (the owner) stayed in touch all the way through. I gave them a B for price but maybe I am just cheap. They are great and I will be using them to build a patio in the back next spring. You won't be disappointed in them, I'm sure

Aaron, the designer/estimator, was great. Provided a detailed quote, and followed up to see if I had questions. He kept tabs on the status and progress of the job and checked in throughout the project. The team doing the work was fabulous with great attention to detail. I had selected a pattern and 2 bricks that were different thicknesses, so it took great skill to get it just right. They cleaned up the worksite to spotless!!

Communications were easy, prompt, clear. All questions were addressed. We got beautiful drawings which clearly indicated we were "on the same page". The estimates for start time, the time to complete and the cost were all accurate. All work was done with professionalism and care.

My experience with Sitescape exceeded all expectations. Aaron (project estimator and manager), Eric (on-site team supervisor), and the crew demonstrated knowledge and professionalism is all aspects of this project. From design, to project set-up, to installation, to clean-up, and follow-up it is clear that SiteScape can be considered among the category of professionals that I deem "trusted partners." In my opinion the benchmark of a professional organization is not only what they promise to deliver, but also how they respond to post project concerns/issues. In my project there was a questionable quality result with one row of steps that was not noticed until final inspection 2 days later. The response from the project manager and SiteScape team was swift and positive. They took corrective action immediately upon learning of the issue. I am very pleased with the results and fully intend to hire the services of SiteScape again for planned projects in 2014.

It took the hard working Sitescape team only seven days to totally redo our front yard, new brick walk, hedges, trees, sod, and irrigation system. Very impressive! We were totally delighted and plan to keep Sitescape on to help maintain the beauty of our new landscape design and, in the future, redo our backyard as well.

We had a tornado touch down a couple years ago destroying our property line of trees (we live on about five acres) leaving a gapping hole. We had been working on restoring the area over time. On top of the destruction of trees, we had a major water problem in that water was accumulating in our front yard, creating a small pond in the spring and a large dry spot in the summer. It became pretty unsightly. We had had a couple different landscapers in, one which we spent a lot on money with and basically created more of a problem. Long story short, we finally got the water under control and then called Sitescape. Aaron came out and we worked out a plan to create a dry bed of rocks that meandered onto the woods to give the impression of a stream. They seeded the area, planted eight beautiful trees and scattered wild flower seeds in the woods. The seeds didn't take on first try, so they came back in the spring and redid it. One tree died (12 to 14 footer) and they came and replaced it at no charge. Aaron and his team were extremely professional, clean, worked hard and got the job done. On top of which, went a little above and beyond to ensure we were happy with the project. I would definitely recommend them and if we were to have another big project such as this, would definitely call the again. It was a pleasure to work with someone with integrity, our experience has not always been as such.

I am pleased with the clean look at the end of the project. The team arrived promptly and did a great job. I loved that they have a pay on-line with a credit card, that's a great feature when dealing with a small business. I will definitely let them quote later projects for me.

EXTREMELY WELL THEY SHOWED UP ON TIME AND LEFT EVERYTHING I CLEAN. I WOULD DEFINITELY USE SITESCAPE IN THE FUTURE AND WOULD ADVISE MY NEIGHBORS TO DO SO ALSO.
