Tony and Chris S. were absolutely fantastic. On time, professional, clean, friendly. The service was not cheap, but Angie's List strongly recommended not going with a "$99" service for duct cleaning. They were here for hours, and we could hear how much dirt they were pulling out of the ducts.

Work was performed quickly and professionally. Eric and Patrick both worked to ensure we were satisfied. They were courteous and polite. When they left the house it was as clean as when they started. We would definitely hire them again in the future.

The job went very well. They showed up on time. The 2 fellows (Anthony F. and Eric P.) were very polite and explained what they were going to do. They also advised me of some additional services that they could perform (no high pressure). I decided to have them clean out the dryer vent also. The job took a few hours and then they showed me before and after pictures of my ducts and the dryer vent. Very clean. The price may seem high to some people but you get what you pay for. I would hire this company again. I also liked that they use their own crew, no subcontracters. My only complaint and it's a minor one is the girl who took my initial phone call spelled my name wrong on the invoice and wrote down my phone number wrong so I didn't receive a phone call before they were coming.

We would definitely recommend Safety King to others. When I called to book the appointment, I spoke with Katherine. Katherine was very nice and she explained the air duct cleaning process in detail. I was very pleased that she was able to fit us in that same week, on Saturday. Talk about great customer service – they are very accommodating. Our technician was Marcus. From the moment we met him, we were very impressed. He was courteous, very pleasant and extremely knowledgeable & informative. He did an excellent job of walking us through the entire process so that we knew & understood what was to be done. Furthermore, he was very conscientious about covering everything up so as not to get it dirty. When the cleaning was complete, he went over some additional services that were recommended for our home, but did NOT pressure us at all into having them done. He spent the time to explain why they were recommended and the benefits. We ended up having them done. Needless to say, we are very happy with our experience with Safety King & with Marcus, and we highly recommend both of them. Marcus is a great representative of the company! Great job!

I left Safety King an email over the weekend, stating that I would like to schedule an appointment. I was contacted first thing on Monday and was set up for Thursday of the same week! The young lady who called was pleasant, polite and professional. She asked if I would like the process explained to me? I declined because I had their services before at my former residence. She gave me a time and told me what technicians would be coming. She also explained that I would be getting an email with the pictures of the technicians who would be coming, so that I would know them on sight! I ended up having an urgent doctors appointment and they switched my time, so I could make it work! Tony and Jason came as scheduled, both smiling as I greeted them at the door. They too offered to explain the process, which I declined. Tony did inform me as they performed various steps, so if it was going to be noisy, I wouldn't be alarmed. They did a wonderful job and even switched out my furnace filter for me. Prior to leaving, they showed me pictures of the ducts that were cleaned, before and after, as well as the dryer vent run. That was a scary picture because I know how flammable dryer lint can be. I used to use it to make fire starters when I camped. I know Saftey King is the only company I will call and it has been the only company I have recommended since I first hired them in my last home.

Good service. Only questionable action was that the crew didn't change out the plugs from the last service company that was here...prior to me owning home. They said they were going to, but it didn't happen. Don't believe it affected the quality of the service they performed.

Making an appointment was very easy. Kerry was friendly and explained the procedure that would be used. Tony arrived on time, as promised, and went right to work. He explained what he was doing and asked if I had any questions several times during the time he was here. He was very polite and friendly and respectful of my home.He showed me what had been done and showed me before and after pictures of my duct work.

although they were a little late the company called to let me know that they would be late, also they still arrived within the initial agreed upon time frame. the two young men who did the work were very courteous and friendly. very respectful and careful while in the home. they laid protective pads throughout the home so nothing would be soiled or damaged, also wearing protective footies. pictures were taken of all the ducts before and after and cleanup was good. how the cleaning was going to be done was also explained, they use very powerful truck mounted equipment. everyone I had contact with was very courteous and professional, I lost track of time but the job took about two and one half hours to complete. I would be happy to use this company again.

It went very well. He was able to remove the chipmunks from the dryer vent. He also fixed the outside vent so they couldn't get in again. I was very happy with th service.

Nick arrived on time and was very thorough. Always wore covers on shoes in the house, even when several trips to his truck were required. Cleaned both the HVAC ducts and the return duct system, including furnace blower and plenums. Whole house smells fresher already.

Chris C arrrived promptly and was very friendly and pleasant. He explained what he would be doing. I asked if I needed any of the duct treatments that they provide. He cleaned the ducts and said he didn't see any reason for me to get them. I was very impressed by his honesty. Afterwards he showed me before and after pictures of my ducts. He had me walk through the house with him to make sure everything was in its proper place. My house was left in perfect condition. I can already see that I don't have the dust problem that I did before. My only regret is that I waited so long to have this done. I will definitely use Safety King again and recommend them to others.
