Description of Work: The ducts were to be cleaned but after a foto inspection it was found that the ducts were not dirty to warrant a cleaning. They did do a spray into the ducts to kill off any bacteria and sanitize them. In all they were honest enough and charged me for the spray service and service call saving me $350. The duct cleaning alone was to be $650.
