Everything went well. They cleaned up any mess they made. They laid down drop cloths in the areas they worked in on the first and second floors.

We are very satisfied but the true test will be when our asmatic grandson visits to see if he sneezes ....LOL

After the team arrived they promptly began the job. They explained the process thoroughly and were very neat with their preparation and clean up, as they placed any furniture that required moving back in its place. Both men were very polite, courteous and professional. I will use this company again.

They performed the services as they were described to me over the phone when I made the appointment. They quoted me a price based on a single furnace and the square footage of the home, and that was the price I paid. I was very satisfied with their service and will recommend Safety King to family and friends.

They are extremely professional. They are very friendly. They are pretty costly. They showed up on time. They had a good clean up. They did a really good job.

Estimate was given over the phone, based on square footage. They gave me a 2-hour window appointment at my first call, then called (as they said they would) the day before my service to give me an updated 2-hour window. He arrived almost exactly in the middle of that 2-hour range. The technician spent 3.5 hours at my house, following the process laid out very clearly on their web page. He started by laying out a drop cloth from the door to the furnace (down the basement stairs). After cutting access holes, he used their "night vision" camera to show me the starting condition of my main cold air return line (which was very dirty). At the end of the cleaning, he used the camera to show me that it was clean (I wish he would have showed me the before and after for one of the branches farther away from the hole where the vacuum hose was connected, which would be more difficult to clean. I am curious how well their tools work in getting dust and debris from those points to the main run and vacuum). Upon seeing a few lingering crumbs of debris, he used his tools to get them out. I like that they use agitators and brushes to coax the dust and debris out of each branch on the heat and cold air return ducts. Beware that dust and debris will go everywhere when they do this -- both the stuff accumulated on the outside of the ducts (mainly on top) and some of it from inside (through their access holes and through any other gaps in your ducts). I wish they had put down drop cloths to cover my sofa, entertainment center, tables, desk, printer, and CD rack. He did dust off some of those things and vacuum the carpet and sofa before leaving, but it would be better to prevent it from getting dirty in the first place. In front of two cold air returns, he left behind some debris that fell off the adhesive coverings (which they put on before turning on the truck-mounted vacuum). He was very professional and nice. He did not pressure me to buy any of the add-ons (deodorizer, sanitizer, A/C cleaning, hot water heater cleaning) after handing me the document describing them. In fact, we changed our mind about applying the deodorizer after he had already started doing so. He did not give me a hard time at all, and did not charge me for the partial application. Very good customer service. I would strongly recommend them.

Did a great job cleaning system. Spent 2 hours here doing it. Saw results through camera view provided. Removed tobacco stains from system as well.

Went very well. First appointment couldn't be completed because of miscommunication (my misunderstanding) on availability of proper area of ducts that needed to be reached. Rescheduled for a couple of weeks later and the job was completed successfully. I was very pleased with the work and now feel very safe in my house.

This experience turned out to be not at all disrupptive to my household. The technician was very efficient, professional & courteous. The process did not create any mess at all, which surprised me. Best of all, with the clean ducts, the house smells so fresh and is almost dust free!

It was neat watching the guy use the camera that he sent into the ductwork. He showed me the camera and what it did. He knew what he was doing and that was a very good feeling.

I thought it was a good job. They did leave a little bit of a mess in my basement, though. I also, did think that the price was kind of high, but I don't know how much it is supposed to cost for that service.

They did a good job, they also cleaned out the dryer vents. They took the time to show us the dirt before the clean and after. I was impressed with their service and would recommend them to others.

They arrived at ll:30 am (within the promised time) and left at 1:00 pm. They were very thorough, friendly and knowledgeable. They had me sign a disclosure because I had the ducts sprayed with chemicals to sanitize the vents. I felt that the price should have been a little lower because my condo is small, 652 sq. Feet. $549.00 with the coupon was a little pricely. It was $100 extra to sanitize the ducts.

The job was explained to me prior to their beginning their work. While one was doing the explaining, the other shoveled my driveway clear of snow, which had fallen during the night. They inquired about pets and advised me to secure them so they wouldn't run outside. They replaced any furniture that had to be moved to access vents. They laid a protective cover on the floor inside the door so they wouldn't track into the house. A supervisor came towards the end of the job to ask if the job had been explained to me and to inquire if the work had been done to my satisfaction. A follow-up call was made the next day, again making sure I was pleased with their service. The $349 cost reflects a $50 Angie's List coupon. The cost is based on the size of the house. I felt it was an appropriate charge considering two men taking almost three hours to do the job...plus I got my driveway shoveled. Both the gentlemen were courteous and personable. I would recommed this company to anyone.

The 2 gentleman that performed the cleaning did a great job. They gave me advise about my furnace as well as what filters I should be using. They even put a tarp under their truck in case it dripped oil on the driveway. I would use this company again and recommend them to anyone. They were on time and very polite.

I have a small house, 816 sq. feet and Safety King quoted me a 399 price and took off 30 for an internet coupon. Had to wait 3 weeks for a Saturday appointment. The 2 man crew was scheduled between 1 and 3pm, they called and said they would be late and took another 20 dollars off the bill. The crew was very professional, polite and did a thorough cleaning. They did a good cleanup and my wife and I were very happy with this company. The vacuum in the truck seemed super powerful, as the whole house seemed to shake when they cleaned and vacuumed out 20 years of accumulated dust, cat hair and crud from out ventilation system. It was expensive, but I think in this case you get what you pay for, which is excellent service. Highly recommended.

The serviceman was polite. He explained everything that was going to be done, and he showed me my vents before and after. The basement is a large area, so I know it would not be spotless, but there was a little dirt left down there.

The use of the wireless camera was nice to visualize what the ducts looked like before and after the cleaning. Both representatives were very friendly and courteous to my family. Cleaning the duct work in our 1100 sq. ft. home took 2 hours. They took pains to keep the house clean and to remove any mess after the job was completed. The company also called several days later to ensure we were happy with the job. Great customer service!

They were professional and fast. They answered the questions I had and showed me an interior view of our main air duct with a camera. Beyond that I did not get any further information. When I called they applied a $50 coupon for mentioning Angie's list. They tracked in some dirt and I mentioned to the individual who gave me a follow up phone call.

This company did a fantastic job in cleaning the air ducts in my home. Previous owners had a cat and dog, and I have allergies. The workers were very professional and efficient. They showed me what they were doing, and explained why it was being done. It was really fascinating to watch. I could hear the debris in the ducts being vacuumed out. They even found a problem which they pointed out to me for repair. They left everything as they found it, and I have no regrets. They are worth every penny! Great company!! Thanks!

THEY DID A GOOD JOB. IT WAS EASY TO GET AN APPOINTMENT WITH THEM. THEY SHOWED UP ON TIME AND FINISHED IN GOOD TIME. I WOULD PROBABLY RECOMMEND THEM TO OTHERS.
