Amazing! I wish Rocco and Roy did more then just clean air vents, I would hire them both for all the work I need done around the house. These guys are really wonderful, nice, hardworking, knowledgeable, and are true definition of a job well done. I really appreciate how fast they worked and the air in the entire house is cleaner now that everything has been cleaned! Most people don't get the air vents clean, but it will save me a lot of $$$$ in the long run due to the air flow being more efficient. I would recommend this company to my family and friends. You can't go wrong, at least if you are lucky enough to get Rocco and Roy.

I was told the technicians would arrive between 8-8:30. They arrived at 8:50 even though they wrote 8:30 on my receipt. This was not too much of an issue with me since they were traveling from the East side and I live on the West side. They explained what they would be doing. I walked around the house with one of the technicians pointing out any hidden vents or cold air returns. I expressed my concern for a vent that was located close to our flat screen television. I was assured the vent would be covered. I stayed in my upstairs office to stay out of their way. About two hours later the job was completed. The technician showed me the before and after pictures. He said that there was mostly sand, sawdust and drywall in the vents. They packed up their equipment and left. That is when things went downhill. I started to walk around the house to make sure that things were in their place. Three of my cold air returns had a blue film still attached to them. Not a big deal. I just pealed it off. Then I noticed that all of my vents now had a small scratch on the paint from where a probe was inserted and then taken out. Any furniture that was moved was not put back in place, so I did that. Next, I checked on my flat screen television. The cabinet that it sits on was covered in sawdust! I'm assuming that vent was not covered. Plus, I thought whatever was in the vent was supposed to be sucked downward? It was about that same time that my furnace started making a loud noise that sounded like a train whistle. I went downstairs. The back of my furnace was never replaced. And, like I said, the furnace was now making a loud noise it was not making before. I then noticed that one of the holes that was drilled into the duct work was missing a plug. So there was a hole about the size of a half dollar not plugged up. As I was walking around the basement I could hear a crunching sound. Everything that was in our ducts was not only all over the floor, but on every surface in our basement. The first thing I did was to call the office and tell them about the missing plug and the back of the furnace which was not replaced, along with the loud noise it was now making. I was told the technicians could not return until the job they were at was complete. They said they would be back between 3-4. When they did not return by 4 I called the office again. This time I was immediately transferred to a supervisor. She told me the technicians would be there in a half hour and would replace the back of my furnace and plug the hole in the duct work. She then said they would try to "help me" see why my furnace was now making a "whistling" noise. She took on a very accusatory tone with me. As I said, there was nothing wrong with my furnace prior to this work being done. While I was waiting for them to return, I began sweeping the floor and vacuuming the area rugs. When they returned, I had piles of dirt all over the floor. They didn't say a word about the mess. One plugged the hole and the other replaced the back of the furnace. I was told that I must have been having a problem with the furnace before because the work they did would not have caused it. I told them there was no problem before. Then, they left. The next day (Saturday) my husband and I spent half the day sweeping the floor, and vacuuming all the furniture and area rugs in the basement. The following day (Sunday) we spent emptying all of our storage shelves and cleaning them off. Like I said, there was sand and sawdust everywhere. I thought everything was supposed to be sucked into the big machine? I didn't expect spotless, but I certainly did not expect this mess and a whistling furnace. I was so disappointed after reading all of the good reviews. Perhaps this was an isolated incident but this isolated incident happened to ME!! Not surprisingly, I never received a follow-up phone call to ask about my experience.

The Safety King crew was prompt and on time to my house. The service was done as described and performed as cleanly and safe as possible. Pictures were taken of the duct work before and after (still have not received them via email) to show the quality of the cleaning. The crew also cleaned the dust inside of the furnace unit, explained some tips about picking out the correct air filters for my application and also informing me of a failing inducer motor on my furnace. There was ALOT of dirt and debris and dust inside my system, because it had never been done before. 50+ years is a long time for dust to collect. After you see whats inside your system you will wish you had done it sooner. Safety King did an excellent job and went over and above to satisfy the customer. I would recommend them to anyone else looking for the same services.

The Safety King techs arrived promptly within the time estimated and were friendly, both had a good sense of humor and they were very efficient. I will definitely use their services in the future.

The two technicians were here for about two hours. Very professional & friendly. Explained the job before, during & after. We will call again for their service for the furnace duct cleaning and dryer exhaust next time. Very satisfied. Have used them once before with great results. Don't call them in cold months, as they must keep the door open to access the furnace.

Great experience. They showed up early and were very thorough. Every detail of the job was explained before hand and review after the job was completed. They cleaned up after themselves before they left and even cleaned up a small amount of dirt that had spilled on the driveway (after I told them not to worry about it). I would highly recommend Safety Kings services and will use them for our next cleaning.

Safety King was very prompt in scheduling services on our requested date, the first day we were moving into our new house. Previous owner had cats, which I'm allergic to. Safety King cleaned all duct work, furnace & A/C, hot water vent, dryer vent and de-orderized. They were very friendly, helpful, polite and worked around other contractors and cleaning people that were at the house that same day. Excellent Job !!!

They usually come out about every 5 years. They are pricey, but I wouldn’t trust anybody else to do it. They were very nice, clean, and thorough. They were no mess to clean up after they left. They were here when they said they were going to be here. I like him. I would absolutely use them again in the future.

Safety King came recommended by Family Heating for air duct cleaning and they did not steer me wrong. Although located on the east side (Warren) and we live on the west side (Pinckney) it was very easy to get them scheduled out in our area. We were looking to get this done as soon as possible after our new furnace and a/c was installed and again, they were very accommodating. They were very prompt (actually 15 minutes ahead of schedule) and we great about protecting the carpet and the wall corners. They went over everything with me ahead of time and off they went. They shared the before and after shots (which were amazing for us) and then proceeded to disinfect and deodorize the entire system. WHAT a difference. My husband and daughter have horrible allergies and this has helped out tremendously. If you are thinking of getting your air ducts clean I would highly recommend Safety King!!!

They did exactly what they said they would do. They brought in their equipment, set up to do the job, created a vacuum seal on the ventilation system, and took pictures of the before and after.

They did a good job. They did not clean up after themselves very well. They promised to send a video. I still have not received the video. They were late. I would check with other companies before I used them again.

There was not really anything that was required of me, except to be there and let them in. They were in and out on my home in less than 90 minutes.

I found them through Angie's List as they were the first ones on the list. It was excellent. They were proficient, professional and knowledgeable. I don't know about their price because I did not compare them too much. I just went off of what was on Angie's List. I would like to grade them as excellent.

The process was very seamless. The service was a little more expensive than others, but the company coming to replace our HVAC advised us that if the price was the cheapo $199 deal offered in the newspaper that they weren't going to be doing the job properly. Luckily we had the 50% off coupon from Angie's list that basically saved the day. I noticed a difference in our house almost immediately.

They did a great job and the "dust factor" in my home was improved dramatically. They seem to cost more than other companies (which is why I gave them a "B" on price) but I believe they have the best equipment and do the best job. With Safety King, you get what you pay for. Excellent! And, check their website, they have monthly specials!

I like it that they are certified and have been in business a long time. The price was reasonable and they gave me a senior discount. The people who came out were courteous and careful not to damage anything. They just seemed like they were professionals all the way around. I will use them again in the future and I recommend them.

They did the duct cleaning very well. They were neat and clean. They did the cleaning in an hour. They came on time. They did a very good job. I would use them in the future.

The men showed up on time, and were very pleasant. They showed me a before and after picture from a digital camera. They were finished around the same time they estimated when they began. My complaint is how dirty the floor in the furnace room was when they left. I figured they would use some type of dropcloth or something. The floor was completely gritty, as were a few of the shelves, etc in the room. It took me quite a while to vacuum the whole room (which had just been cleaned the week before) - the grit was wall to wall. I thought they suck the dirt out of the ducts, not disperse it into the room! All the other areas of the house near the heat vents were fine, with just a little bit of dust in front of them - I checked this while they were finishing, so I expected the same thing in the basement. Since we had the ducts cleaned less than 5 years ago, I didn't think it would make such a mess! Before I have them clean my ducts again in another 5 years, I will definitely ask if they can avoid leaving such a mess the next time, and will possibly call another company for information as well. Maybe this is just a part of the process of having the ducts cleaned - I'm not sure - but I wish I would have known that the room with the furnace would get so dirty. Update: The week after the service, I received a call from their office asking how the job went, and I expressed exactly what I wrote above. The lady I spoke with was extremely concerned that I was unhappy , and told me that she would speak with her boss. She called back later that day to let me know that I would receive a $50 credit on my credit card, and a 10% discount the next time I have a duct cleaning. A few days after that, I received a letter in the mail with an apology from the company's president, the credit receipt for my credit card, and the 10% off offer. While they did leave a mess in my laundry room, I have to say that their response to my complaint was timely and extremely kind and professional. Because of that, I will try this company again in the future. But I will make sure to ask them to be more careful with the floor!

Two men serviced my house. They were very professional and explained all work to be performed. Showed me before and after pictures. Cleaned up behind themselves.

They came in and did the job and were gone!!! They did the work in good time. Overall I was very pleased with the work. They were pleasant and friendly. I like the people who came in to do the work, they just got started right away and worked efficiently.

We looked at the customer review of some other companies and after listening to company responses and quotes, we decided to go with them. They're all very good. We don't have any complaints.

I think it went okay, but it was so expensive that I have not had it done again. We need to do it because of allergies in the family, and my artwork has created a lot of dust. There was a workman's comp claim afterward. No one said anything at the time, so I don't know what happened, but some worker hurt his back. I am hoping another company will be less expensive.
