Description of Work: I submitted a request for service to my air conditioner through the First American Homebuyers protection home warranty and Professional heating and cooling was assigned the claim. Within hours of making the claim heating and cooling called saying they were in the neighborhood and wanted to stop by if convenient for me rather than having to schedule and wait for a visit in the future. Two team members arrived professionally dressed and seemed knowledgeable. The problem with my system was immediately identified and corrected. Some basic A/C compressor maintenance suggestions were provided and after writing the pre negotiated service fee check the team left and I was back to the business of my day. I would be very comfortable having them back in my home to assist with future concerns.

+ -1 moreI Called another company prior to calling Professional Heating and Cooling. Other company claimed its bad compressor and need to be replaced and gave the quote. But Professional Heating and Cooling found wire burnt off. Saved big $$ for me.

Found the problem in no time and addressed it. Wasn't familiar with our old boiler heating system when we had him over a yeart ago but fixed the AC unit without any problems.

Eric climbed up into finished but fully insulated attic to discover duct work had been removed. Gave fair estimate on work which I will have them do in the future. This company is a true treasure!

+ -1 moreEric Simpson of Professional Heating and Cooling called me at 8am on the same day that I submitted a claim to First American about my furnace making a horrible noise and awful smell. With the winter here, I was glad he called as soon as his business opened. He asked when a good time to stop in on the same day to inspect the issue with my furnace. I indicated that I would be home allday, Eric responded that he would give me a call about noon when he finished his first jobs on the priority list. He called at 12:45pm and was at my door 10 minutes later. After a detailed inspection, he advised me of the situation and the corrective actions to get the heat back on. I will provide more feedback in a few days when the heat is up and fully running again.
Description of Work: Eric Simpson of Professional Heating & Cooling came and inspected my broken furnance. He advised me of the issue and showed me the what needed to be replaced. With the new years holiday coming, I recognize the delay in getting a furnance, and I appreciate the advice he provided to keep the chill out of the house, until my can be replaced. Eric explained the upgrades, due to codes and modern equipment that is needed, and the alternative choices that I have in making appropriate decisions long-term for my home. He was very professional, friendly and knowledgable.
