Michigan Flooring was great to work with. Ryan provided a lot of information about the various options we had with our flooring and was very informative. They had no issues dropping larger samples off for us to compare in our home. Estimates were emailed to us and broken down by line item which was fantastic and beyond what other companies provided. Ryan said this was so the customer could see where the costs were and could decide if there was any of the work they wanted to try and do themselves to bring the pricing down. The installers were on time, polite, and did a great job with the flooring install. We did a ~400 square foot area of our basement and it was completed in ~4-5 hours. I would use them again in the future and recommend them to anyone looking for flooring estimates.

My wife and I recently moved and just finished renovating the second floor or our home. We knew we wanted hardware flooring throughout the second floor and did considerable research on the types/brands of hardwood flooring. After narrowing down our list, we visited a number of flooring companies in the area. Michigan Flooring had a very large selection of full board hardwood samples that made it easy to envision the finished look of the floor. Michigan LLC was particularly competitive on pricing due to the fact that they employ their own installers. Ryan (the owner) was personable and easy to work with and the Michigan LLC team showed up as scheduled and were professional throughout the install. The finished product is beautiful. We will be moving onto phase 2 of our renovation with a makeover of the main floor and you can bet that we will using Michigan Flooring in the future.

Ryan came out and gave us a quote for our bedrooms to be carpeted as well as refinishing the original living room hardwood floor. The experience from start to finish couldn't have gone better. All members who I interacted with were very professional, and I did not have any reservations about leaving my home to their care while I was away. Cost, and turnaround time were excellent. When we redo out basement and kitchen I will be going back to these guys!

Installers were on time and worked continuously all day. It was a big job and when they left all debris were taken away and each room was vacuumed.

This was an excellent experience. The service was excellent. First, Ryan came to my house to discuss flooring options. He left us with so many quality samples, that it was very difficult to pass up a chance at flooring that looked and felt great. His team was prompt and punctual. They took their time to do the job right the first time. There was an unfortunate event that some of the glue did not take to our stairs, but Ryan and his crew were able to fix this problem when they returned to finish the job. Overall, they offered high quality for a great price. Compared to other flooring companies in the area, they gave me the best quote on very high quality materials. Other estimates charged me almost $4,000 for the same type of work.

Fantastic. They applied a pre-coat to prep the concrete (looked like a concrete skim coat), then the glue, and then the planks. The floor looks great and I've gotten many compliments already. I compared doing the work myself (loose lay, click lock, and glue down), and got two other estimates. You tube makes it all look so easy, but I am 100% glad I hired Ryan. The floor and stairs look perfect, no stress for me, and it's all done in just two days.
