Provider took over 6 weeks to arrive to do the initial job. First rain after that job, roof leak was worse. Contacted provider after a prolonged game of phone-tag and he agreed to send someone out to look into it. Weeks pass, someone finally shows up. First rain after that job, leak is worse yet again. Contacted the provider again, more phone-tag, same result third time. Submitted complaint to the BBB. Contacted 2 other roofing providers based on stellar Angie's List reviews. First one said there's no way the issue could have been "repaired" effectively. Still awaiting visit from second. Don't use MGA. You will regret it.

Was very satisfied with company from start to finish. Would recommend to anyone looking into getting a new roof or roof repairs.

The workers didn't speak English so we couldn't ask them any questions. They had told us there would be a supervisor here at all times and there was not. The price we paid was fair. Another contractor has been out recently because we have a leak and he told us that something was wrong with the tabs and we should contact them because it should still be under warranty. We checked it out and the warranty was only good for 18 months. The gutter was very close to the roof and instead of discussing it with us, they didn't put the flashing all the way across and they cut the shingle to go around the gutter. Now we have a leak. We asked about getting another vent and they said they did it, but they didn?t. We would not use them again and won't recommend them.

We purchased the highest quality roofing supplies. We thought we had a great deal and a great company. They used subcontractors that made a mess on the first day. My husband was very upset because we did not want subcontractors, so the next day they sent actual employees. It seemed that they were unhappy with our complaint and as a result our job suffered. They started demanding the rest of payment before the job was done, even though we were under the impression that we would not pay until we were satisfied. The ends of our roof looks incomplete - it looks rather peculiar. When we complained they would fix it and when my husband finally paid, they never came back.
