HOUSE OF BLINDS & MORE

The sales ladies that came were very hardcore sales people and I ended up getting blinds not only for my bedroom, but the hallway & the bathroom. I had company coming so I needed these blinds in place sooner rather than later, and I was promised they'd be installed in six weeks. The blinds for the hallway and bedroom were not made right. The installer had to take those back to have them redone and he never even had the blinds for the bathroom. The blinds for the bathroom were brought about two months later. Then the other blinds were not brought until March, approximately six months later. I talked to quality control about eight times and no one could locate my blinds. I was always told that someone would call me back and they never did. My blinds were promised to be at my home in 6 weeks and it ended up being six months. They did give me $200 off the total order that ended up being over $2000. I requested my money back for the blinds that were never put in 6 out of the 8 calls to quality control. The people I called sounded like I would be able to have my money back. The receipt states in tiny print that there is no money back on custom orders, I was not made aware of this when I ordered my blinds. The last call I made to House of Blinds a supervisor told me the blinds had been shipped and I'd have them in a few days. The quality of the work was very poor. The material of three of the blinds are terrible, I saw similar fabrics at different places for hundreds of dollars cheaper. The last phone call I received I was told they were trying to improve their quality control process, as they were aware of problems.

THEY WERE A VERY GOOD COMPANY AND DID A REAL GOOD JOB ON THE BLINDS. THEY TURNED OUT REAL NICE. MY WIFE REALLY LIKES THEM. WE WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE WHO NEEDS BLINDS.

THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND HAD A VERY GOOD EYE FOR DETAIL. THEY WORKED QUICKLY AND HAD THE BLINDS FINISHED IN VERY SHORT AMOUNT OF TIME. THE PRICE THEY CHARGED WAS VERY FAIR.
